These were exactly what I need to fix the fold out leaf in my dining table. They fit perfectly and were much sturdier than the original hinges.

These hinges are not the casual woodworker. Unlike the European hinges, there are no adjustments. You have to make it precise the first time. You can do some adjustment on the angle of the door by using shims but, if the mortising on the jam and the door don't match up you just produced some scrap. Would not try them without the fixturing that is available.

Tricky to mortise but work great

I was pleased with the quality of these items. The finish is excellent. My concern when ordering these was whether or not there would be undesirable looseness between the two mounting plates. There is is essence, none. Perhaps just enough to allow the hinge to operate smoothly but totally acceptable. They are tight.

Very well made. I had to affix the hinges on a repair home project. If I had a router and the knowledge to use one, the hinges would be perfect. However, they solved my problem admirably.

Good hinges for the price. A specialty item. MAKE SURE you measure correctly. These were exactly what I neede.

The hinge is as described and works well, however the header says it is ‘1 pair’ and the picture shows a package with a pair or hinges. This is false and misleading! The package that came was a plastic pouch with a single hinge. The seller needs to correct the product description and photo.

Happily this was a replacement hinge.

Je ne les ais pas encore toutes installées car les anciennes ne sont pas aisée à enlever sans risquer d’abîmer le bois autour mais celles qui sont installées font parfaitement l'affaire.
