Question 1

I have just received an email from amazon stating that they have issued a product recall on this item as it falls under rapex- is this true?

Accepted Answer

Please read this message and share it to other people if someone need that.
Dear MelodySusie friend and customer,
Good day!
First of all, we want to deeply apologize for the recent incidence about our scarlet drill in the UK and all the inconvenience this has caused you.
We have recently received a notification from Amazon regarding our scarlet drill being recalled. We had immediately investigated the problem: our product picture was tampered and changed by another seller, to their own product picture, which led to amazon’s misjudgment. The product that caused the problem was not MelodySusie’s, but the other seller’s. We have already notified Amazon. We have also asked our legal department to take necessary actions against this act to protect MelodySusie’s brand reputation as well as our customers.

MelodySusie products meet all the production quality standards during their manufacturing process and all the products are QC’ed and QA’ed before they ship to our customers. The Safety CE Certificates are attached for your reference.
We’d like to thank you for your patience while we are solving the issue. Again, we are very sorry about the concerns this may have caused you.
Again, MelodySusie always stands behind customers and strives to provide the best customer service, and we thank all our customers for the support along the way.

Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
MelodySusie
