Nature's Way Alive! Women's Ultra Multivitamin, High Potency, 60 ct

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat. I do love this vitamin. Easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and packed with everything I need for daily health. I've had a positive experience with them and would definitely recommend them to other women looking for a reliable daily vitamin. It gives great energy especially if you workout.

This is a great vitamin. I give it to my daughters daily. The price is great for a good quality vitamin. It does make your urine yellow however it doesn’t seem to bother my girls.

Alive is one of the best affordable multivitamins I found. And have been using them for many years. The only thing I've noticed which I would suggest is not to get the 50 count because the vitamin milligrams content is different in those for whatever reason maybe they're more guided to selling in just supermarkets and stores that I've seen. I also purchase the Men's 50 plus multivitamin for myself. The man's is a little more pricier than the women's. But both have gone up in price in the last six to eight months so when you get a sale that is the best time just keep an eye out for it in your safe for later after adding to your cart every time you come back to your cart it will list a price change. It does have a good balance of different added ingredient blends that I have had no side effects from whatsoever.

I want to start by saying I originally just wanted a multivitamin that would work well with my individual vitamin supplements, and after some research, i found this. I liked that it includes fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms that are beneficial, as well as digestive enzymes and some hair/skin/nails supplements so i don't have to find separate supplements for all that. I recently heard from a friend about folic acid, which is recommended for pre-natal and lots of other vitamin-enriched things, but now thanks to my friend, i understand why folate is so much better than folic acid, and I was originally thrilled thinking this vitamin used L-5-MTHL Folate since the Folate line only said "Folate". I just recently realized while looking again that the words "Folic Acid" are off to the right underneath the mg amount, so I was initially incorrect and am quite disappointed now. For those who previously read this review and saw that it said it did not use folic acid, I apologize for my mistake.

These are the best vitamins I have found that worked well for myself. After a few weeks, I started feeling better than previous brands I have tried that I took for a longer period of time. I found these on a supplement app I have that rates different vitamins on various things like quality, testing, and certifications. The value and quality are great for my budget. The only problem I could possibly have is the size of the pill. I'm sure using a pill cutter will help on days it would be difficult to swallow whole. Definitely make sure you are drinking plenty of water with these as well.

I’ve tried many different multivitamins but I keep coming back to this one because it works. It gives me energy. I usually take them midday or after my first meal.

Got it item. But i didnt notice its 60 tablets I saw in iherb 90 tablets fpr 73dhs. I thoughg it was the same so i bought in amazon. This is the best multivitamins much better than centrum. Gives you energy and keeps you healthy.

Its been a month since we are using it.. my fatigue problem is solved to some extent, satisfied.
