CloudBuyer 108 Ft Double Sided Mounting Tape Heavy Duty, Waterproof Foam Adhesive for LED Strips & Home Office Decor (0.39In, Black)

I bought this to attach wainscoting inside a motorhome. I placed strips about six to eight inches apart, and the tape adheres well, at least initially. Time will tell how well it holds up, especially with the heat that often comes through the walls of the motorhome. I also used it to attach some trim above the wainscoting, and it also works well there, so well that when I placed one trim piece wrong I had to use a putty knife to separate it from the wall only seconds after applying it. One complaint I read in several reviews is that the red backing is difficult to remove from the tape. The answer is to use a razor knife; the razor blade easily slides between the tape and the backing, making removal easy. Overall, this is good tape for common applications. It isn’t the same as genuine 3M VHB tape (which I used to mount solar panels on the roof of the motorhome), but it is much cheaper; many applications don’t need the expensive 3M tape.

I've used this for some LED strips and it's sticking well!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was not of anything negative but because it's really sticky on the side u just have to make sure u leave the plastic wrapper on otherwise it will stick to e everything else in your drawer lol.

I used this on the floor to frame a runway for a fashion show and it held the led strip lights in place even with people walking all over it.

Inexpensive, hope it holds up like 3M double sided tape. Chinese rip-off on a well know AMERICAN Co.I would better accept this if they stated: LIKE 3M tape but made in China by a competitor …

Easy to use and well worth the money used for all the led light strips. Don't be scared to use as much as you want. Will be buying more
