It's wire, what more do you need to know!
This was perfect for the project I was working on. It gave me a bit of instant nostalgia to older computer floppy drive cables, so I had a little bit more confidence in its ability. My project had me carry a full 16bit address bus signal quite a bit away from the host controller so I was delighted that this cable actually used quality conductors.
