I am thoroughly disappointed in the BeJeweler Pro Classic Hot Fix Tool.The BeJeweler did arrive on time as expected, how-ever it was not in the box shown in the advertised photograph. Okay, so not a real big deal. All of the pieces were there and intact, but I chose this particular one because it's box did appear to be nicer as if I could store the bejeweler in it between uses.My daughter's and I were all equally as excited about the purchase and could hardly wait for it to arrive. We followed the directions, we watched Youtube videos for tips and we completed the tedious task of setting up our work space. We plugged the BeJeweler in, waited for it to heat up, so that we could proceeded. The BeJeweler did not pick up a single gem on it's own. I racked my brain as to what we could have done or were doing wrong. Nothing. The attachment size was accurate, it was definitely hot. but nothing. It would not pick up a single rhinestone embellishment specifically for Hot Fix.So we attempted another approach, not one that made me happy, but one I had hoped wouldn't disappoint the girls. We put the rhinestones directly on the items we wanted to embellish, and melted the glue that way. It did melt the glue but not enough to really make the rhinestones stick very well. They fell off with the slightest touch. Alright!, in total frustration, I now used a pair of tweezers to put the rhinestone on the iron, waited for the glue to become shinny as it states in the instructions. Then attempted to apply the rhinestones. That too was a joke! First of all, the second I would tilt the iron toward the object I wanted to embellish the rhinestones would fall off and affix to anything they fell on to. Luckily not strongly enough to cause any damage. If only I had intended to embellish my carpeting. I'd have provided a five star rating. Unfortunately for the product, and/or seller this was the furthest from our creative plan.The stand is nice for holding on to the BeJeweler while you pick up all the sticky little gems off the floor. I can't tell you about the included brush as our project never manifested, but I suspect it had have removed the gems (not it's intended purpose.) even easier than running our fingers over what were supposed to have been securely attached.We tried to affix the rhinestones to several different fabrics, plastics, metals and even wood. Not one of our attempts were successful.The tweezers I purchased for this won't go to waist I will revert to the good old fashioned way of using a hot glue gun or superglue and place the darn rhinestones by using the tweezers.I depend on the integrity of other reviewers prior to making a purchase. I would never falsely recommend nor would I bash a product worthy of a decent review if I had not indeed made every attempt at being sure it isn't a matter of user error. This product in my sincere opinion deserves the one star rating. I do not like to waste my money any more than I suspect you do. Furthermore, this BeJeweler is priced at almost three times some of the others. In this case as in many, did not reflect higher quality.I am returning the product, and because this left a bad taste in my mouth and budget, it is unlikely I will try any of the others either. I am keeping the rhinestones and the tweezers because there isn't anything wrong with them. I no longer need them as my frustration level is through the roof, but I'm sure the girls will put them to use for Christmas gift projects or something.It is possible I just got the only dud from a great product, but either way I am disappointed to say the least.If you are considering the purchase of this BeJeweler Pro Classic Hot Fix Tool, I can only recommend that you take a look at the reviews of other options as well.

AWFUL!!!!! Did not work at all no matter what we did, who tried to do it, and after reading the directions repeatedly and retrying. I am suspicious that the good reviews on here may be fake. This product was that bad.
