These molds work great! They are sturdy, easy to use, and make perfectly shaped pastelillos every time. The size is just right and the edges seal very well, which makes the process much faster and cleaner. Cleaning them is also very easy. This is the perfect set of sizes! I made Chinese cream cheese ragoons, and will make Jamaican patties, Tatar Çiğ Börek, and Turkish mantı next. And yes, the shapes are different than authentic for some of these dishes but these dumpling presses saves so much time! I only wish they had a super tiny press because I like my mantı tiny; I use premade wonton wrappers and cut each square into quarters.To save time, I used premade egg roll wrappers for the ragoons, rubbed water along the edges, placed the wrapper in the dumpling press, added the filling, and then closed the press. Despite the thinness of the wonton wrapper, they still managed to seal with the dumpling press. They fried beautifully in oil and didn’t come apart. I cooked another set in the air fryer; some filling did escape but I probably had the temperature too high or maybe I should’ve turned them over halfway through the cooking time. (If I used regular dough instead of the egg roll wrappers, they probably would’ve still stayed sealed.). I like the taste of them fried in oil better anyways.

I was really expecting that these would be made of metal but they are made of plastic. Hopefully they will be sturdy enough to withstand multiple uses.

I bought these to make caramel apple empanadas, and they worked perfectly! I love that there are different sizes, making it easy to customize for various serving portions. The materials are durable, and they held up well during use. It was also a fun activity to get creative with! Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a bit of excitement to their baking.

Not very easy to use, if made with harder and stiffer plastic it would perform better. After the wonton is placed on the device and you fold, it pinches the right and left corners
