Fast dissolve, tasty and helpful.
These dissolved fast on the tongue. The taste is pleasant. They're very small. If you mistakenly chew one, it's not bitter tasting. I think all this biotin is helping my nail strength. I like these so much I subscribed.

Fast Dissolve or Just Chew!
Decent flavor, good quality ingredients. Under the tongue, they do dissolve much quicker than most sublinguals though I have found that if you just chew them, they melt away in your mouth even quicker while still being abosorbed through the mouth. My hair and nails are the same as on my previous (much more expensive) brand, so they are clearly working. Great value for the price and a whole lot better than the gummy brands.

Taste great and very effective!
This the only biotin product that I buy now. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. They're super convenient being sublingual. They dissolve easily and taste great. I initially bought it due to my increased hair loss. It works wonderfully by helping my hair and nails grow faster and stronger!

Help For Your Thin Hair
Biotin has consistently helped my hair and nails. These tabs are tiny and easy to use and the berry flavor, a fave of mine, is really good. They are a great value.
