Where can I purchase the coffee table

I believe that the coffee table in the photo is the end table turned on its side.

there are two sizes offered by choosing the appropriate click box' however clicking for the smaller unit gives a totally different model of table why

There are 3 different styles of glass tables. Each one has a different shape and size to it. If you click the first box,that's the "b" table. If you click the second box,that's the "c" table for the s shape. The third box is for the "n" table,which is the box shape table. Hope this helps.
