This is my second set of footbeds - they last forever. I still have my others after 10 years. I bought this pair so that I didn't have to move around from shoe to shoe as much. Super supportive and help with my high arch - will not use anything else

I have spent big money on orthotics and not been as impressed as I am with these. They are Birkenstock footbeds (rigid) and can make any pair of shoes (as long as they have a back of the shoe; scuffs/mules won't work) into orthotic shoes. I'm probably going to get another pair.

I sent these back. I was trying to figure out how to get a wide footbed in a woman's size. It simply wasn't wide enough. I may try again and order a couple sizes larger in order to try for a wide footbed. Or maybe not.

When my PT recommended these for Planter Fasciitis, I need to admit I was skeptical. They are not soft. There is no cushion. I have tried just about every insole on the market, most several times, including special made ones, and nothing seemed to work. These are the best.They are durable (several years training for marathon runs, and I am 200+#). They put my feet in the perfect position, and I no longer have PF pain. For anyone who has lived with it, you can understand how big of a deal this is. I have purchased so many sets over the years simply because I didn't want to keep moving them from shoe to shoe as I decided what to wear. I have given them as gifts to people who have fallen in love with them. The only thing I have found that they didn't stand up to was I had a pair out to swap into new shoes, and my dog chewed it.Place them under the insole of the shoe, closer to the sole, and you have the shoe's cushion. That was plenty as it was about positioning.If you are on the fence, do your feet a favor and get these.

I wasn't sure about trying these as I have already been wearing a different insert for some time now. But, I had started having problems when standing on my feet for long periods of time - 10 hour shifts. I absolutely love my Birkenstock sandals that I wear all the time when I'm not at work. So, I decided to try these to see if they work. Well, they work perfectly. The first day I wore them working a 10 hour shift, my legs and feet did not hurt at all at the end of the shift. I actually felt energized. I wear a size 37 Birkenstock sandal, but ordered the 38 insert. They fit perfectly in my size 7.5 Brooks athletic shoes. I am so happy I made this purchase as I almost purchased a pair of the Birkenstock shoes to wear to work, but wasn't thrilled with how they looked. Now, I can wear my cute shoes with all the benefits of wearing Birkenstock. Highly recommend.

A podiatrist recommended these inserts years ago and I have not walked in a pair of shoes without them since. I continue to purchase and replace them and admit to having multiples so I don't have to switch them out when changing shoes.

The only shoe I can wear without these arch supports is the actual Birkenstock Arizona. The arch supports are exactly the same as this shoe and they support my high arches perfectly. For all regular shoes: KEEN, clogs, rain boots, flats, hiking boots, etc., I use these to make my footwear the most comfortable for me. They last a very long time as I've had them for years and years. They're easy to slip in and slip out and are quite light with very little weight at all. They never need to be broken in and do not create blisters or rub against your feet. Wonderful for those who have high arches.
