Nice replacement diaphragms
I lost the diaphragm on my cardiology iv, it always had a loose fit. This fits much tighter than the original. It is a little hard to put on and I accidentally bent the diaphragm plastic a bit but it sounds fine and there is no chance of it coming loose on its own. Ear parts are comfortable also, I would buy this again.

works great for 2 years
It's funny how over time I've replaced the tubing and diaphragm, only thing that is OEM is the metal part of the head. Purchased in December 2023, only used the diaphragm retaining ring. It fit my Littman Cardiology IV perfectly fine. and worked perfectly great for almost two years. It saved many lives. Now in October 2025, it has gotten very loose, like could easily catch and fall off on it's own. Summary, works great for 2 years, but still cheaper than buying OEM.

Its a terrible product
Product is absolutely terrible. It barely fits over the face of the stethoscope. The rubber doesn’t grip well. Edges of the diaphragm are exposed and does not transmit audible sound very well.

This product is an utter waste of money. Size mentioned is wrong and does not fit my Cardiology-IV stethoscope. Build quality is very poor with a substandard finish and would have looked absolute shabby on my pristine Cardiology-IV steth had it fitted. Moreover the item is NON-RETURNABLE. What a farce and terrible way to cheat customers. It is disgusting and shameful that such sellers are even allowed on Amazon platform.
