Very good product. 5 star for performance vs price. This works straight out of the box with no need for apps to be installed in phones etc. working independently using short range radio signal, this is reliable and responsive with sufficient range to work down at the end of my very large garden with the receivers in the house. Two receivers means I can position to be heard everywhere throughout the house and they can be turned up quite loud. This suits my needs perfectly because my wife is recovering from illness and needs to be able to alert me if she is in distress and I’m in my home office working. It would be no good for anyone wanting to get alerts away from home because it is not Wi-Fi enabled and so can’t be integrated into an app for mobile phone alerting but if you only want it around the home and grounds then it works great (infinitely better than the Wi-Fi model I tried before it) and has a surprising range.

I bought this alarm for my elderly next-door neighbour who is quite frail and lives alone. The alarm works very well through the brick wall and from different floors. It also worked very well from outside and across the road. The instructions state it will work up to a distance of 1,000 feet. The alarm worked straight out of the box with the fobs already paired to a 'ding-dong' alarm. I chose a longer siren-type option as it only ding-donged once and I was worried I might not hear it. The unit is quite loud with five different volume settings including a silent option where the unit just flashes. There is a wide range of melodies to choose from and, if you want to, you can program the unit to play different melodies from each of the two fobs. The melodies sound for about ten seconds before cancelling automatically. The instructions are clear enough but are for a plug-in mains powered version whereas this unit is battery operated. The unit takes three AAA batteries but the cheap alkaline batteries supplied didn't work. I usually replace cheap batteries with branded ones anyway, especially on something important like an alarm. I then save the cheap ones for something less important like the TV remote. There is no obvious hole in the recess on the fobs to pass the lanyard through. To get round this, I looped the string on the end of the lanyard around the the battery cover screw before tightening it up. Luckily this screw is located at the top and centre of the fob so the fob still hangs straight from the lanyard. You have to loosen this screw anyway to remove the battery tab before use. The unit redeems itself by coming with a handy small screwdriver and also with double-sided sticky tabs for mounting on a flat surface. I have only just started using this alarm so I have no idea how long the batteries will last. I find that in battery-powered wireless door bells the batteries in the receiver usually last about a year. They always run down quicker than those in the transmitter as the receiver is always on to 'listen' for a signal. Another reason to swap the cheap batteries for good ones. You could describe it as a glorified doorbell but I don't know how well a cheaper doorbell would work through a brick wall to another house. It was quick and easy to set up and does everything I need it to. I am very pleased with it and despite the slight problem attaching the lanyard to the fobs I am happy to give this alarm five stars.

We bought this to replace another (discontinued) brand that we had had for five years with few problems. This one was fairly easy to set up, and the range is okay (upstairs/downstairs), but I have discovered one annoying problem. I carry the receiver around the house with me, and it is very easy when picking it up to accidentally press the sound selection buttons so that the so-called tune changes and you then have to pair the two devices again. There are only one or two sounds that are halfway acceptable, so it takes a while to get back to one of them. Who on earth wants to hear accordians? (Or worse.)

Brilliant. Just what my disabled mum needed Loads of different chimes on it, it's better than the power horn she had before, you could hear that down the street lol

Al momento posso dire che svolgono egregiamente la loro funzione. Appena tirati fuori dalla scatola è bastato inserire le batterie nei due campanelli e premendo i pulsanti hanno funzionato tutti al primo colpo, senza dover fare accoppiamenti o altro, cosa davvero comoda per quelli come me che amano le cose intuitive ed odiano i manuali. Testati tra un appartamento e l'altro, su due piani diversi e con muri spessi, hanno funzionato egregiamente. Possibilità di cambiare suonerie e modificare il volume. Possibilità di appenderli al collo, oppure di lasciarne qualcuno fisso, come ho fatto io, in bagno, usando il comodo biadesivo 3M in dotazione.

Habe den internen Hausnotruf für meine 88 jährige Mutter gekauft. Gesamt 3 Sender und 2 Empfänger die wir im Haus auf 2 Etagen verteilt haben. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Was ich gut finde ist die Auswahl der Töne und die Einstellung der Lautstärke. Die Installation bereitete keinerlei Probleme. Das Produkt kann ich ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Ma mère a du mal à se déplacer seule la nuit pour aller aux toilettes. Pour éviter le risque de chute, je lui ai mis le bouton d'appel près d'elle. En fait, j'ai collé un velcro dessous le boitier et sur sa table de nuit pour qu'il reste fixe et facile à trouver dans le noir. Le récepteur est dans ma chambre. Ainsi, lorsqu'elle a besoin de se lever, elle appuie sur le bouton. J'ai auparavant choisi la mélodie qui va me réveiller pour que je puisse l'accompagner en toute sécurité. Le seul bémol, c'est le volume qui je trouve reste élevé même en étant réglé au plus bas. Sinon, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. La livraison a été très rapide et le prix est tout à fait correct. Super invention !!!

Lo hemos probado a bastante distancia y funciona muy bien, con un sonido potente y nítido. Es de hecho lo mejor que he encontrado después de brujulear por muchas páginas especializadas. Por otra parte, el vendedor se ha portado fenomenal con varias cosas que solicité. 100% recomendable y servicio post venta de 5 estrellas. Un placer.
