Everything was meant to be 'perfect' but it turned out to be 'oerfect' instead. Maybe it is a typo or printing mistake. 5 stars for prompt refund as I pointed out that the images were also the wrong way round, i.e. image 1 is on side 2, instead of side 1, vice versa. So happy with immediate refund to my Amazon account, that I immediately ordered another one, with a better design. The re-order was perfect with excellent print and brilliant colours. It was a gift to my boss who not know whether to laugh or cry. :-)

Got a customised mug for my mum as one of her Mother’s Day gifts. She loved it. The print is clear print and so is the writing. You’re able to customisable both sides of the mug as well as the font, so I went with two different pictures with different writing on either side. She quite liked the font I chose, so all in all a good purchase. Came next day too.

The printing is great! But sadly the images have been printed smaller than the preview showed, so that's a bit disappointing.

Completely wrong image on mug. It was supposed to be a photo and a Father's Day message. Instead, I got a poor-quality image with a random quote. I tried to request a return, but Amazon is sending me in circles.

The writing was slightly smaller than I expected but other than that fantastic quick and easy to do
