Cobalt blue eye liner hard to find
Iโve always used cobalt blue color for my eyeliner. It has to be this color as thatโs the same color as my eyes. It makes my eyes โpopโ and show up nicely. Lots of compliments for years.

Colour is definitely there but texture is bad for a kohl! Felt hard on the eye which is not a good thing for an eyeliner to be.
