Original Penguin Eau De Toilette Spray for Men, 3.4 Ounce

This eau de toilette smells absolutely sensational whether I’m conducting business, sitting in a lecture hall, or am out and about on the town. It was love at first spray for me, and the ladies seem to be of the same opinion! The way I apply the product, it lasts pretty much all day for my needs, becoming reasonably more subtle by the time the evening comes—so, the longevity is there. I highly recommend this fragrance for the cool, distinguished gentlemen among us who want to make an aromatic statement in a memorable and bold (but not overbearing) way. Buy the Penguin and treat yourself, my friend.

This is a great subtle scent. Be aware that it has somewhat low longevity and projection, but it smells like a subtle scent to begin with so that's not a cause of concern. It's a great scent to wear to work or the office for that reason: pleasant, inoffensive, and enough projection to smell when close, but not enough to overwhelm the room. Great value for the money, and smells great, I would 100% recommend.

I bought this cologne for my fiance for Christmas, and of course before wrapping it I needed to smell it! The scent lasted on me all day and even through the night. It has a great sweet scent too it which I love, it's a great bottle size as well. The only thing I have to say bad is the lid is magnetized, which would be great if the magnet in the lid was strong enough to keep the bottle. It's great design and idea, but if you bump the bottle just a little the lid falls off.

I'm so impressed with this cologne I have to spread the word. First, I so agree with the other, five star reviews but I'll keep this short. I found Penguin while looking for a wam vanilla scent for men. I tried it because of the reviews and they are right. My first impression was that is was old fashion and out date. I wear everything from Prada to Vera Wang to the one gentleman by D&G. I'm a true connoisseur and what's $20. My everyday favorite used to be Nautical Voyage. I thought I'd wear Penguin to work or when I was not worried about making an impression. 2 weeks later I'm hooked on this stuff! Smells like an old fashion milliaire with execellent taste. Sweet smell and definitely old school. Hints of vanilla and definitely a sweat. I say for $20 you can't go wrong but be careful. You might just fall in love with stuff!

This cologne smells fantastic. It's a little fresh, a little musky, and very classic. I LOVE the way it smells, and look forward to wearing it. Having said that, I have to be very careful about applying this stuff when it's time to wear it... One spray is far more than enough - any more than that and you're going to have to be careful about entering a confined space with other humans. I made the mistake of spraying myself twice the day this stuff came in, and I literally had to excuse myself to the restroom during a meeting to try to wipe some of the smell off of my neck. I recommend a single spray and a walk through the mist... Even then it's likely that the room you spray it in will smell like Penguin for an hour or more. I love it, but moderation is key.

The bottle is large, and the product is affordable, so I truly feel like I'm getting a great value. I love the scent, and so does my girlfriend. It's a little difficult to judge how long the scent lasts. Compared to other colognes I've used, it seems on par with them. If you apply it in the morning, by the evening you will likely want to reapply before heading out in the evening. The bottle appears like it will last me a nice long while, and when it does run out, I'll be buying this again.

Every cologne that I’ve ever used, I collect the bottle of and usually leave a little in the bottom and store them where they’ll keep potency for a long time to come. Well, after reading some reviews that this is a fake product, I ordered it and compared it to my bottle that I bought many years ago in-person... Old bottle: PRICE - Was $65. BOTTLE - Has a magnetic cap, same bottle. SCENT - Slight musk, slightly sweet. LONGEVITY - If one spray is used on each side of your neck (on jugulars) and on the underside of your wrists, the smell can last up to about 6 hours. (This) New bottle: PRICE - Way cheaper. BOTTLE - No magnetic cap (probably why it’s a lot cheaper now because magnets can get expensive), same bottle. SCENT - Exactly the same. LONGEVITY - Exactly the same. WRAPPING UP: I loved this cologne many years ago and I love it exactly the same now. If you’re a fan of musky/sweet/light scented colognes? Than you should definitely try this, original penguin is one of the best scents out there.

For the price of this product it offers much more than what I was expecting. I bought this Eau de toilette because in its description one of the ingredients was patchouli, which makes any perfume rich. I like that the aroma of this eau de toilette is delicate and it's not "screaming" even when you spray a little bit too much. I call it my "work" cologne: it's neutral, warm and "not in your face". Overall it's is a great perfume for everyday use. For special events I prefer perfumes with a stronger punch of patchouli, like in Tom Ford's Anthracite, or Patchouli Absolute or Nobile by Gucci.

This is a great product, my personal choice when it comes to after shave. The product came much sooner than the predicted arrival date, which is always a plus, the packaging was very good too, not too much, but enough to keep it safe from bumps and knocks in transit. Only problem I have is that the spray cap needed to be assembled on top of the bottle and doesn't stay on as it should, it works and I can spray the after shave no problem, but that minor issue is what makes this 4 star.
