does this work with a multi bulb fixture

I brought three of them and set them up in a triple ceiling light, you have to name each light seperately, but then you can put them all in a group and use that groups name to turn them on or off together. you can still adjust them individually with their independant name or on the app.

Is there a microphone within the lamp or must you have an Alexa device within earshot?

No but you can use alexa on your phone to turn on or off .or the tapo app is brilliant to set an routine like its comes on at 5% power at 6am and go off at 8am or turn on at 5.20pm at 25% or full on ..honestly it's an great app

Do these come in a small screw size?

You need a SES (small Edison screw) bulb There is a wide choice available on here

Are these lightbulbs suitable for salt lamps?

There full size bulbs in my salt limp it's a smaller bulb. I use a smart plug on it.
