MARYRUTH'S Organic Lymphatic Support Liquid Drops, Herbal Blend, Non-GMO

Hey y’all- I’m going to circle back to this review area in a couple of weeks but I had to leave a review today due to noticeable improvement. Okay get this- I began taking this supplement 5 days ago and put it to the test because I was about to work a ton of hours overnight during the 4th of July holiday. My job is stressful as hell. I walk on average 10 miles a night and have to de-escalate all sorts of problems from illegal fishing to fights, drownings, etc. My logic was “if this supplement is worth its weight, I will notice it during the busiest part of the summer.” Full disclosure: I use castor oil packs for detox and lymph drainage, I do lymph massage on my face at night, I take Nascent Iodine, Methlfolate, Vit D3, and K, etc… with all of that- still had swollen lumpy legs despite being super fit. My rings would not come off in the morning, my face felt like an overstuffed water balloon… I had my blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes or anything like that- my blood pressure is perfect- my heartbeat is like an athlete- but still I had lymph swelling and bloating in my upper thighs, ankles, hands and face. Look yall- I’m doing a long set up to really drive home how long I’ve been at this. Lastly- my workouts (lower body strength training 3x a week plus professional ballroom dance sessions 4x a week. (It’s my passion) And like I said above- I walk 10 miles on average a night. My body sweats constantly due to activity and I live on a farm so I’m outside doing tons of work in the sun as well. Nothing was getting rid of the bloated looking legs. I refused to wear shorts because of this and I’m in Texas… think about that! Day 5 of taking this supplement, I get up and as I’m looking for my clothes for the day I see my legs and as God is my witness they are smooth, and look significantly more toned. No lumps. No swelling. No bloat. My face looks thinner and no puffy eyes or cheeks!!!! I’ll try to take a pic of today and then take a pic of two weeks from now for my second review. It is rare that I notice changes this fast but this supplement will be a standard purchase in my life. I’m so happy to have found it. For those of you complaining about taste- dude- get over it. It’s like 2 seconds of strange taste (not bad) and if it works, why do you care what it tastes like?!?!!!! I’ve never understood that. I guess some of yall never had the grandma who made you take cod liver oil when you were a kid. Nothing is that bad, so get over the taste thing. It’s not a treat, it’s a healing tincture! You want to be healthy and look your best? Okay well… take the damn supplement!

I bought this June 23 and I wanted to use it for a little bit before coming to a final opinion on it and after a month of using it, I wanna honestly say this works exactly as described. I am on a weight loss journey. I started last year and I’m currently only down 50 pounds which I know is a start, but my face has always been really chubby and once I started taking these daily, I noticed a significant difference in my face. I don’t have any pictures to post for the review, but I have always had a double chin basically my entire life except for one period of my adolescence when I was going through puberty and I slammed down, but for years, I haven’t seen my jawline and width of of course, working out eating right but the addition of this this showed me results almost overnight and I was skeptical to write a review immediately I wanted to see if it’s something that my body would get used to it and then stopped working but so far it’s been pretty consistent. I do find that it does make you thirsty throughout the day so I don’t typically take it three times a day unless I know it’s a day that I can really up my water intake so sometimes I’ll just take it two times a day or if it’s a really busy day and I forget I try to at least just take it in the morning and it still works fine for me it of course works better if you take it three times a day but for me, it’s just a maintenance thing so I’m OK with the two time or one time a day results. I hope that’s OK. It taste wise for me. It’s not the best tasting thing, but it’s also not unbearable. Given the fact that it actually does show results for me. It kind of taste like licorice meats a floral perfume if that makes sense but again it’s not unbearable and it’s really only something that since you only hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds like basically as soon as you passed that 30 second threshold and you swallow it maybe drink some water you’ll forget about it. I would say if there’s any reason why You’re skeptical about this like if you’ve had previous reactions to things in the past that I would definitely check with your doctor to see if this is OK for you to take but off of my recommendation like my experience I definitely recommend it. I haven’t had bad reactions to it. I will say one time I did get super hot, but also I work out daily so it could just be that too. It was really only a one time thing and then after that I didn’t feel it again so take that as you will.

I have been a fan of Maryruth's entire line as I've had much success with the products I've chosen. I did not expect anything short of excellence but this brand gives out miracles in a bottle no matter what I use. This product was definitely one of them. Since I was a child, I've had an issue with water retention. I just started doing labs and learning about how to alleviate things like inflammation, water retention, etc. Nothing worked as fast as this. I am sedentary for a third of my day so this issue has become worse. I do water, walk around and workout hard. I took 3ml of this and my ankles went completely down overnight. I couldn't believe that I could see my ankles without the swelling! This is very easy to use and measure. The ingredients were very familiar to me so the taste and scent did not bother me. I actually thought the taste was very good. It did not change my energy but it did help me look the size I am, which is tall and slim. I am happy this is so cheap for what it does so there's no question that I will be buying this again.

I’ve been using the MaryRuth’s Lymphatic Support Drops for about a week now, and overall I’ve definitely noticed some changes. The product seems to be working because I’ve experienced increased urgency to use the restroom, which I assume is part of the detox process. The taste is actually fine and not as bad as I expected. You can dissolve it in water if you prefer, but it’s not really necessary. The only downside for me has been the constant headaches. I make sure to stay well hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day, but the headaches still make me feel nauseous and uncomfortable at times. Overall, the product seems effective, but I do wish it didn’t come with the persistent headaches. ⭐ Pros: Noticeable effects, manageable taste ⚠️ Cons: Frequent headaches and nausea.

Haven't gotten full results I was expecting but great flavor

For most of my life, I've had large pockets of swelling in several areas of my body, the pits, under the knees, ankles, around the hips and my face. It wasn't until I saw an ad talking about draining your lymphatic system. While I usually never play into social media propaganda, I felt like this specific ad was targeted for me with all the symptoms I had. I ended up searching for a bit on here to find a different brand with the best reviews, and my sister has many products from Mary Ruth, so I figured I'd give it a shot, hoping the results others were seeing would work in my favor as well. I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed a massive improvement in my swelling. I can't pinch my under arm fat anymore, my legs have smoothed out a lot, the lymphs in my neck don't feel so tight lately, and I even wear an anklet I haven't taken off in over a year that was starting to squeeze my ankle, but just yesterday I noticed it's actually loose on me and I can spin it around my ankle with space for 2 fingers. So when I look in the mirror, my cankles are gone! And I had some major ones before and my moon face is improving drastically! I can see the natural heart shape of my face coming back! The taste is actually not that bad compared to other herbal supplements I have so I just take it straight wifh the dropper. I will also use a guasha every few days to help flush out the nodes and that always makes such an improvement in the morning! I am on a fitness journey now so I'm sure some physical activity at the gym helps, but I taught yoga for 5 years and have always been pretty active and have still struggled with swelling. My teacher trainer even mentioned years ago I needed a lymphatic massage, so I'm also gonna try that too! I'm excited to see how much more will improve by the time I finish the bottle, but so far I'm happy with the current results!

I got 2 bottles. It had me pee a lot. Very sweet. After couple of days with consistent use I saw a little change on my double chin and ankles. And that was it. Each bottle lasted around 20 days. Not the priciest one but not cheap either for 1 fl oz. I know results vary per person, but I wouldn't buy again. Not worthy.

No difference whatsoever. Don’t waste your money.
