JUST A QUICK NOTE
We bought this simply on the recommendation of another blind household that also uses Alexa heavily. So far it runs flawlessly and we've yet to have any hassles at all. The only setup problem was the lack of any paperwork/manual/cookbook at all, but the user's manual here on the product page prints out well in B&W. Setup with the vendor's app was just about the easiest of any I've ever used and it synced with Alexa with no muss and no fuss at all. The whole thing took 2 minutes. These guys should hold master UI classes.

Fantastic Air Fryer – Quiet, Smart, and Super Convenient!
I absolutely love this air fryer! First off, it’s surprisingly quiet compared to others I’ve used—no loud humming or buzzing, which makes a big difference, especially when cooking early in the morning or late at night. What really sets it apart is the smart functionality. Being able to connect it to Alexa and control it with just my voice is a total game changer. I can start or stop cooking, adjust the time, or check on progress without even touching a button. It adds a whole new level of convenience, especially when my hands are full in the kitchen. The cooking performance is excellent too—crispy fries, juicy chicken, and evenly cooked veggies every time. It heats up quickly and the basket is easy to clean, which is always a bonus.Overall, this is a top-notch air fryer that’s not only effective but also packed with smart features. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen game!

Nice - but with flaws
This was a needed upgrade from my much loved Power XL air fryer oven, and I like the Cosori "almost" as much.Pros:Easy to setup & use. Has a nice variety of settings and It has a rotisserie, which is a nice bonus feature.Cons: Design few design flaws. Theres only (1) rack, which is a huge inconvenience, especially when dehydrating or baking cookies. The racks are not a standard shape/size and do not accommodate a standard rack. The crumb tray doesn't remove from exterior like most counter top ovens do. If you need to clean a spillover during use this is a burn hazard. ⚠️The Control Knob activates at the slightest touch, which makes me extremely nervous & almost caused me to return it, because I think this may be a safety issue.

Great oven for the price
These are the best and the second one I have purchased. I love that it has replaced several small appliances, toaster and air fryer to start. The rotisserie chicken setting is great and produces a juicy, tender chicken all the time. The bake and roast is great because it cooks well without heating up my kitchen

Best countertop oven I've ever had
Love it! It cooks evenly and quickly. The air fryer is fantastic - love that it has the ability to set the temperature. Makes all the difference in air frying well. I wasn't sure I would like the baking sheet actually being a rack, but it works perfectly and is so easy to use. And it cleans so easily! I'm letting all my friends and family know!

Works well, good company customer support
The oven is multifunctional, does its various tasks well, and reaches consistent temperatures. Customer support was quick and efficient when a problem with the start button developed after some months.

Absolutely the BEST!
When I didn’t like the other brand one I thought I wanted, I returned it and got this one. It does everything well. I use it a lot since I’m usually cooking for only two. It holds a medium size casserole, a small chicken, a 10” springform pan, a 7x10 or 9” square or round baking…… Some 9 x 13 pans will fit but mine has big old handles on it so it won’t fit. I toast, bake, air fry, broil and reheat in it and all cook fine. I haven’t tried the rotisserie option, but I’m sure it will work well. Hubby says I’m a picky PITA about my appliances and this one hits all the marks!

Don't buy it because of it's ability to connect to the internet. You will be disapointed.
One of the major reasons I bought this was that it could notify me by text message. I'm getting older, and I can't always hear the oven when it's preheated or when the cook timer expires in the next roomThe Good,The unit is reasonably well-built for what it is, It mechanically operates well. Cooking times and presets are convenient once you read the manual and understand how the control panel works. It is very intuitive. It should last for quite some time. The Bad,Whoever decided this device should go through the company cloud server should have his head examined. Even if you can remotely set the temperatures and cook times remotely, it can only be started by pressing the start button. By going through the cloud to send notifications through the cloud, they have negated one of the major selling points of a smart appliance. By going through the cloud to a remote server, so much latency is introduced in it's messaging that I don't get the message that my morning toast is ready until I've nearly entirely eaten it. Messages that the oven has preheated don't show up for as much as 15 to 20 minutes after the oven chime has gone off. This feature is completely useless. Not to mention the fact that it introduces another possible hole in your network firewall.I really wanted to give this oven five stars. But the idiocy of companies that are so enamored with their cloud server that they force all of their customers to access their products through it. So they can collect email addresses, etc. is just plain dumb. I probably won't be buying another smart product from them because of it.
