Exactly what we needed
This was by far the best one we got. Shipping was super fast. The item was great and exceeded my expectation. Great price. Paid about $5 per box after calculating shipping...still cheaper compared to other sub-par alternatives I have from stores here in New Jersey. Will buy it again once this lot finishes.

Charcoal smells kerosene
It burns in few minutes then left with charcoal that generates fumes smelling kerosene. Quality of the product is very low leaving some chemical smell instead of guggul. Beware, it is non-returnable by seller!

Used to be the best
This used to be my favorite loban cup. I have been buying this for last few yrs. The quality has remained intact until now. Burns of within 10 mins, barely a smell and made the bottom part thinner, therefore it topple overs, clearly a fire hazard. Wont be buying it anytime soon.

The media could not be loaded. Smoke can cover all room. No scent. Normal burning.Burn sides of coal, when same shows red. Place in room.
