An excellent buy, extremely sharp and grates with efficiently. However be careful while grating as careless handling may cause cuts.

Superb product. Smooth and sharp.Be careful while washing it. It cut up my hand most stealthily.

It's ergonomic, lightweight and sharp. It's a ribbon cutter so cuts in broad but thin strips. My cheese came out 1mm thick and 5mm broad. It could easily zest sweet lime and lemon. If you're looking for narrow strips you should go to the other variety in the same brand. I don't mind this breadth so I'll be keeping this one. Cleaning seems difficult as you're always afraid of cutting yourself or your scrubber/ brush as the blades are so sharp.Adding my comments after using it for a week. I'm able to clean it by soaking in waterand loosening the stuck up veggies, washing in running water while using a stiff nylon brush to remove food. Please be careful and don't use your fingers to clean!!

I would have given it 5 star except for the fact that the protective casing just doesn’t stay on, and it always comes off in my kitchen drawer. Annoying.

Very handy to use and clean. Great product

I bought this mainly for grating ginger. It is very sharp and the blades are elevated and have two sharp edges. It doesn’t have a round and one side open-edged blade. This type of blade gives flat ribbon or in case of ginger thin small slices. There is a chance to cut your hand if you use the movement which you use for a regular grater because the ribbon blade will cut the vegetable from both the edges. If the ginger is fibrous, then it gets stuck and you might cut your finger. One has to be extra mindful and skillful to use this product.
