Mealtime Magic Maya, Interactive Feeding Baby Doll, Recognizes Over 50 Foods with Lifelike Reactions and Over 70 Sounds

It is a very cute doll. It is quite small in size, I would say no more than 30. Even the showcase box with the hole to test it is contained. Requires 4 AA stylus batteries (included) and 1 mini stylus spoon battery (not included). It has two buttons in the body, one on the back and one on the chest. Actually both are used to activate it, if she has fallen asleep. The power button on the back has position 0 when it is off, position A when it is in English language mode, position B when it is in French language mode. The button on the chest is used to make her laugh and ... (also to take an interest in food and to open her mouth in case she ignores the magic spoon). The button behind if pressed 6 times, serves to make her burp. Swinging her back and forth she laughs and says wee !!! She makes different expressions, laughs, does the "pulp" and starts crying a little, but she never really cries she's a good baby. He shows her tongue (very cute, I think the only doll that does it) on several occasions, when she plays and when she tastes food with strong flavors like lemon, she makes a disgusted face when she tastes certain foods. She makes several comments (infant language and words) about food when she plays, saying she loves Mom, etc. When she says she is hungry, give her "virtual" food with the special spoon. The foods are on both sides of the tray. They are collected by rubbing the spoon on the paint (and pressing the button on the back). You can take 2 foods together, taking the second until the first is lit on the spoon. It is given to her, only by approaching it to the upper lip and at the limit by inserting the tip of the spoon then retracting it as soon as she tightens her lips and Luvabella knows which food we gave her. I noticed that she repeats the last or last two, even if the light is already off. Il pulsante dietro se premuto 6 volte serve per farle fare il ruttino. Facendola oscillare avanti e indietro ride e dice wee!!! Fa diverse espressioni, ride, fa la "spappola" e inizia a piangere un pò, ma non piange mai veramente è una buona bimba. Fa vedere la lingua (penso unica bambola) in diverse occasioni, quando gioca e quando assaggia cibo con gusti forti come il limone, fa la faccia disgustata quando assaggia certi cibi. Fa diversi commenti (versi e parole) sul cibo, quando gioca, dicendo che vuole bene alla mamma. Quando dice che ha fame, le si dà il cibo "virtuale" col cucchiaio apposito. I cibi sono da una parte e dall'altra del vassoio. Si prelevano sfregando il cucchiaio sul colore (e schiacciando il pulsantino dietro). Se ne possono prelevare 2 assieme, prendendo il secondo fino che il primo è acceso sul cucchiaio. Le si da, solo avvicinandolo al labbro superiore e al limite infilando la punta del cucchiaio poi ritraendola appena stringe le labbra e Luvabella sa dire il cibo che le abbiamo dato. Ho notato che ripete l'ultimo o ultimi due, anche se la luce è già spenta. È precisa, ho notato un errore talvolta solo quando le si danno le bietole, magari la prima volta sbaglia, la seconda, anche col cucchiaio spento, lo dice giusto. I colori si possono prendere da qualsisi cosa, per esempio io ho sfregato il cucchiaio sul panno rosso che ho sul divano e lo interpreta cone fragola. I miei pantaloni grigi...li traduce in limone. Il cucchiaio si illumina del colore corrispondente al cibo che si sceglie (o a quello più simile ai cibi che ha in memoria, se noi po passiamo su un oggetto qualsiasi). Quando si prendono 2 cibi, i due colori si illuminano alternativamente. Il biberon le si può dare quando apre la bocca e lei succhia. Staccando la parte sopra che fa da ciuccio, si può usare quando è sdraiata, o cade. Se sdraiata, cullata o no, dopo poco comincia ad addormentarsi. Se si preme il pulsante sul torace in questa posizione, si sente il battito del cuore. È piccola ma veramente deliziosa. Lascio la recensione anche nella mia lingua non so se è possibile. Visto che non è ancora disponibile nel mio paese, spero di aiutare qualcuno che è interessato. Purtroppo sono bloccata a casa da un ictus e nella mia aerea c'è solo una connessione terribile e nessuna connessione cellulare e da 3 mesi va a singhiozzo e il provider nega il problema, per cui non posso postare video. My daughter wanted mia after having, and falling in love with, luvabella newborn. The newborn didnt sit up which she missed and also we had a little tumble and her expressions stopped. She still loves her but felt she needed a new one. So the plus with this bella is that she blows raspberries. My daughter absolutely loves this. Her expressions are so good as she reacts to foods she likes or dislikes. The magic spoon picks up the food on the tray and she can tell what they are. She will tell you she is hungry too and burp. I find her just as cute as my daughter. She is definitely better than the original luvabella as she isnt as noisy and robotic sounding when her face and eyes move. I think she is definitely worth the money, which i found cheapest on amazon. Your child will easily suss out how she works. Mine is 6 and also has the previous dolls, so i suppose that helps too. If you have a little mother hen for a daughter like i do, with a house full of babies, then this is a good one to add to their collection

My 6yr old daughter has gone through a few baby dolls, some with fabric legs you can't wash, others that have had legs fall off through and one that you couldn't find any extra clothes to dress it with. This is different - it provides hours of play through interaction voices and sounds, and comes with accessories. You can also wash it and it's very sturdy in design. It's heavier than normal dolls but this is a bonus, as it feels more realistic to her. So far, it's been everywhere during Lockdown - It's been out more than I have lol! Highly recommend over regular Baby Dolls!!

Sweet face and stays that way when doing all her movements. Great voice, not annoying like most dolls. Small and compact. I acutally enjoy playing dolls with my daughter and alway try and get this one to play with! You will not go wrong. Best doll I have ever got her and that is including Selfridges!

My daughter opened this at Christmas she loves it, we replaced all batteries but the spoon does not work correctly the sensor on the back sticks in. The doll itself falls asleep about every 5 seconds even when sitting up and being played with.

I loved this doll more than my two year old!!! its so cute and the functions are amazing, so easy to use, speech is so clear, and the way it takes to the spoon and dummy is brilliant , definitely a must buy for the little ladies

A great doll for young children, with a decent array of different sounds depending on what you feed her with the included spoon (it needs a battery to work which you don't get in the box) The doll comes with included batteries but they are demo ones so run out very quickly, so I'd suggest having a supply of AA and AAA handy to stop any tantrums

Brought this doll for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it but I’m slightly disappointed that after playing with it for only a few hours the lips and pealing of. Also some of the Cheek is pealing off. And there is some damage on the dolly’s head.

This was a Christmas present for my little girl, so it was VERY disappointing that it was faulty straight out of the box. But then I also had to pay my own postage to return the doll, and I wasn't even offered/given a refund on the faulty purchase, only a credit note to use at this store. The whole experience was poor.

My daughter loves this doll and her mouth movements and sounds are so realistic I find it creepy. Luckily my daughter doesn’t watch horror films and thinks the toy is fantastic. So far she has withstood a night out in bad weather (the doll not my daughter) without breaking as well as a mountain climbing simulation off our balcony. Your child will enjoy her and you will most likely avoid making eye contact with her. Along with some holy water I highly recommend.

This is the cutest doll I have ever purchased for my daughter. She loves it so much. The doll had a little damage to her eye but it was ok. I would buy her over and over again. If you are thinking of something that may be giftable for a little girl, mealtime magic Maya is the perfect choice.

I bought this doll for my 3 year old daughters birthday and they are inseparable. The doll is very life like with the facial expressions. My daughters favorite thing to do with her is feed her! It's a great doll and worth the money.

It is a cute doll for it’s cost. However, the lips did peel after the first time playing with it. Other than that it’s a really cute toy for the price. My Daughter loves it.
