The set came packed very securely, no items were broken during shipping. Beautiful dinnerware set. Good quality, thr coffee cups are a very nice size and not heavy. Will be completing the set at some point in the future. Highly recommend.

Broken in shipping but otherwise okay
Update: 5/5. I emailed Pfaltzgraff customer support on their website and they were very quick to apologize and send me a replacement. Very quick and easy. And I really like the set. Plates arrived with a broken mug that seemed to be packaged differently from the intact ones. Being in Alaska, it’s not worth the cost and hassle to return the set for a single mug though. Otherwise the plate set looks as expected. Feels a little lighter than I thought it would but we’ll see how it holds up over time.

Dishes are beautiful!
I just received the dishes today!! These dishes are so pretty and has good weight. I was worried the dishes would be real thin and “cheap” but these dishes are not. They are beautiful to use for decor in a China Cabinet or a place setting on a table.. just beautiful!!

I love this set. Very charming and nostalgic. Well made, too! It came properly packaged, nothing was chipped or broken AND arrived much sooner than expected. Great find! If your decor is old world/country charm, this set will fit right in. Now, all I need is a country manor...
