Straps have given up. QUALITY IS NOT OKAY.
I ordered it on 3rd of August. Now in a few days only the Main straps have started showing signs of deterioration.I think my 4000 already gone down the drain.On top of that this product is warrantee is for 3 years. But there is no possible way in the app on which you can register your complaint.

Bag is not having dell’s quality!! Back strap broken within 3 months, after1 month Amazon won’t care. Dell customer care directed me to contact their manufacturer Turgas, they denied the complaint and bounced the complaint to Dell. The said they are helpless!!! Then why should we purchase a dell branded bag for about 3000/- for a short period use!!!??? Thank you
