Using this for eye health
I looked this up for eye health which it is known for. It is tasty and easy to pour into my smoothies. A little more pricey than another I found from another private site but wanted to try it and it is working for me. I enjoy the flavor.

A Little Bitter?
I added this to my regular smoothie with frozen banana, blueberries, and milk. It had an interesting flavor - it was a little earthy. Overall, it was okay, but a little bitter. I think it would be good for people that want to pack in the nutrients without added sugar. I'll use the rest of the packets, but won't be a future customer.
