Overall, great product that is as described and unique in cosplay offerings on any sales platform.I was confused by some of the reviews (and even nervous before getting the product, made less by pictures posted not matching what the reviewer said "i.e., it's cardboard "). I'm going to give a fairly detailed review of the pros and cons. While there are a few areas for minor improvement, I'm impressed.Pros---1. it's high quality polyglass, like described. I don't know how or why someone says it's cardboard, but it's not. Even their pictures on here clearly show it's poly.2. The etchings are detailed and clear, making it a fantastic and unique add to any costume that will draw attention.3. Packaging was good (note the styrofoam in the picture to protect the finger holds) and protective during shipping and can be used for safe storage4. polyglass was thick enough to make it sturdy but not uncomfortable in any way, as a result it's easy to wear and handle5. The light refraction looks good when litCons----1. There is no cover to the battery pack so some adaptation to ensure they stay in the pack is needed / an area of improvement (springs will almost always hold, but still)2. there was one tiny spot of missed etching that I'll fix with a Drexel. Given the poly came in a thin clear coat covering you have to peel off (see picture to contast center with and without), which they used to guide and protect during engraving, they were likely unable to see it (I couldn't til I peeled it off).3. the cord wrap for the battery is black, which is a high contrast color. Given the purpose of the product a white wrap would be less visually apparent. I'll retape mine.4. the outside of the LED is somewhat rougher to the touch (as they are typically) but could be improved with a light protect clear poly coat. This is super nitpicky and so minor (because 'rough' is a way extreme description, it has texture) I considered not even mentioning it.Either way, great purchase. Happy with it. All products can be improved but there are no major shortcomings to this one. Buy with confidence.Note, I had no experience with the seller so can't speak to that area (I had no need)

The media could not be loaded.  I cosplay Doctor Strange as part of a charity cosplay group- the prop will be a hit with the kids! Solid construction, authentic in size to the films, and I found the batteries for it easily at Target. The light is bright, and I hid the battery pack easily behind my hand by threading some thin elastic straps through the holes in the battery pack. I wrapped the existing cable with black electrical tape to hide it in darker indoor environments. I would definitely purchase again.

I ordered this prop for a very special event and it doesn't light up, doesn't work at all. Tried all new batteries and still nothing.

pros: showed up early , perfect fit , well made , decent packaging , fair pricecons: doesn't come with batteries, batteries are less commonly used

Very good seller and product! I bought this item to cosplay as Doctor Strange. When the item was delivered it did not work. I notified the seller and immediately they sent me a new one. The new item works perfect! Very bright, durable and pretty dang cool. Love this seller and love the product. Thanks your company for being professional and doing what's right by the customer.

I paid over a hundred dollars for 2 of these and neither one works. My son was so disappointed. And they won't refund me. It's not right.

This prop was amazing. Finished off my sons Halloween costume perfectly.
