Honestly i read the reviews before purchase and they all said this product was great. i was skeptical since its not much, but purchased anyway cause i didn't want a full a vest or anything bulky. im so glad i purchased this item. its lightweight, not too much in the way, and gets the job done PERFECTLY. i already notice a difference in my posture. 100% recommend.

As a child I wore a brace for scoliosis. I was standing straight by my early teens. Unfortunately, sitting at a desk, hunched over a computer for work for the last 35 years undid those years of wearing a brace. I’ve been very self conscious about my posture and have had some discomfort. This posture corrector has helped me remember to pull my shoulders back and stand/sit straight. Is it a cure all? Probably not at my age, but it’s definitely helping. It takes some getting used to and can feel a little tiring in the beginning. But I think with time that will lessen. If you have severe back issues, I would always advise medical attention from an MD before trying anything on your own.

These will dig into your shoulders, more specifically into your arm pits, if you need any amount of pressure to help "remind" you to sit/stand up straighter. If you need very little support, they may work fine.

Wearing it now. 76-year-old an I have gotten lazy, slouching and not standing erect, but that can be another problem. I have been using the back sling and have noticed a difference in a short time.

Works as expected and it is comfortable to wear. Definitely keeps shoulders back.

This is a very high quality, comfortable, and adjustable posture corrector that doesn’t fit uncomfortably tight or too loose unlike other ones I’ve bought before. I would definitely recommend!
