Just recieved this yesterday. I have been excited to get it. I turned it on as per instructions. UV light came on for couple of seconds and it went off. It will not come back on. The base is really hot and there is a burning smell coming from it!! I am glad I didn't turn it on and leave!!!!! Amazon Customer service was great. Returning the item for refund and canceled my order for a second one!! Bad product! Glad it didn't burn my house down!

Does the job killing bed bugs and sanitizing however you mus t air the room since the smell is very strong I bought it due to the feature having a sensor when any person gets near by the light will stop but this one does not come with feature and my home has a lot of traffic with people that is why I rated 4 stars

The listing DOES NOT state that this product is not to be used in an occupied room. My dad, through normal pass-by interaction, ended up in the ER with severe eye burning (to the point he could not see well and had significant inflammation). The ozone smell that resulted has also caused a longer-term unwell feeling for him. THIS PRODUCT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PURHCASED IF THE PROPER WARININGS WERE STATED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING. Actively trying to return, but the return process is a pain in the butt compared to other items I've had to return.

I bought this in the hopes of getting rid of pet odors. Wow, did it ever work well for that.It was very easy to set up. I really like that it has a timer. I can set it up in a room for 30,60,90 minutes , then leave the room while it runs.Nicely done!
