Fitted and working well. For the reasonable cost it is worth upgrading RAM as it improves the performance of a computer.

I wanted to see if I could get a bit more use of my MacBook Pro in mid-2009 by installing Linux Mint on it. Only issue, the 4gb RAM cannot stand the pressure. So this was a quick buy to see if it would improve performance and wow, what an impact it has had! It is brilliant, and cost a fraction of the other options available. Well worth the money.

Not much to say. DDR3 ram for a price this low is nice.

If, in the unlikely event, you find you need to upgrade an old laptops memory. It's worth checking the maximum amount of memory the laptop can handle on the manufacture web site, before you by the memory. I made this mistake, as the laptop is a 64bit system (effects the addressable memory) but oddly is restricted in the BIOS to just 8Gb! Even after six BIOS upgrades!! This memory worked perfectly however and lesson learned.

Arrived promptly, and fitted my Old Toshiba Laptop and transformed it from slow to a lot better than slow, so all in all a cheap and worthwhile update.Good product and excellent service.***

Arrived well packed.Installed into a mid 2009 MacBook Pro (five mins job) and with a swap to an SSD too, has halved the boot up time and performance is pretty snappy now.
