Brilliant

I put the movies on while I made this. Nice bit of fun and it looked cool as a display item.I kept it for a year, it got dusty and faded a little but I enjoyed it.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my partner which we built together. It took us about 3 1/2 hours to complete and does look pretty great when fully assembled. However compared to some of the other models we have made it doesn’t fit together as well. Some elements were difficult to fathom how to assemble despite multiple reading of the instructions. Also the order in which it is meant to be assembled doesn’t necessarily make it easy, as when you’re adding the base last or the rocks around the castle exterior it causes other parts to pop out of place or dissemble. In the end we took bits apart and built from the bottom up which made it easier and prevented turrets falling off all the time, but there were still bits of it that didn’t fully secure in place or came apart when we moved it to the shelf. It doesn’t bother us though as once it’s sat on the shelf you can’t see where it’s not 100% clicked in and it does replicate the castle well and was fun to build together.

I brough this as a gift for my neice when she was unwell to cheer her up and she loved it.

I loved the concept of this item, it looks spectacular when it’s finished, although in a few places, it was difficult to assemble due to the fact that the instructions were slightly wrong. In addition, the instructions stated that this item can be assembled in 6 1/2 hours? Wrong, that statement was probably meant for a family of 4 doing it together, I am just one person, it took me almost 5 days to assemble, just thought I would mention that, otherwise, a good price for such a prestigious building.

Absolutely amazing! Very fiddly so wouldn't recommend it for children. Ive been collecting the 3D jigsaws as part of my new year resolution to have a new hobby and its going brilliantly. Slowly building my own harry potter world. Took me 5 hours with a few 5 to 10 minute breaks

Great gift to anyone loving Harry Potter. Would have loved if it was in a perspex display unit to keep dust out and protect the Castle. Would love figuarines like Dobi and the dragons.... in 3d printing or molded in plastic.
