It's a prop. A very expensive prop, but a prop nonetheless. I paid way too much for this thing. I was looking for a digivice, not a noisemaker.

It's awesome, but definitely not worth what I paid for it.
It looks great, like it was taken directly from the movie and is sturdy. A really nice addition to the collection. The box art is nice and beautiful. While I would've preferred an animated display, and would've happily paid the additional price, the etched mirror inside looks really nice with the LEDs. It plays the theme song, and the various digivolution sounds for Agumon and Gabumon.I got it second hand, which is the only way at this point to get it and the price was steep. Whether that's the price they got from a scalper or they themselves are scalpers, I don't know. Honestly, even the original price at $90 is a little much for something that simply lights up and plays some audio from the anime, but I attribute that more to licensing fees.
