I love this post box in general, but I'm one of those oddballs that doesn't care for the distressed look, so I may try painting over those areas that are "distressed". Overall, I love it! It won't be used as a real mailbox, only as decoration. UDATE: I put it up yesterday and it looks great on my outdoor entryway! I decided not to paint over the distressed parts of it because now that it's up on the wall, the distressed parts are harder to see. I'll be so glad to see this "distressed look" trend go away.

We purchased this mailbox to use as a card holder for a wedding. It's the perfect size and the ability to add a lock makes it ideal.

It looks just like the posted photo and I love it. I am going to place it in my kitchen next to my door. Great quality and a unique box!

I love it, it adds charm but is definitely not “mail sturdy.” So sad. It comes with two “hangers” on the backside. Unfortunately theses bend quite easily. An addition hook in the middle of the bottom of the box would help to strengthen its hold or movement. However, incredibly difficult for anything larger or thicker than a single envelope proves a bit too much for this sweet, non-functional (and costly) post box.

I bought it for a wedding decoration instead of a wishbook for the guests, so I can’t tell you if it keeps water out of the box during rain. However it is exactly as described and shown in the pictures and actually I thought it would be smaller but I had quite space inside. I have to say tho that 65€ are too much for its material

Bad design. Mail gets wet. The rain get straight in and my mail ended up floating in water . Not worth $10. All I can say is dont waist your money. Paid $97 and now have to go and buy another mailbox from Bunnings. 😡😡
