Great kit we have done many projects with this, even the grandkids use it and they are 6 and 12. They like the stamps for design and making wallets and bracelets.

Included everything I was looking for to start learning how to tool leather except some type of hole punch.

Nice little kit for beginners or someone who just wants a hobby. You can get about whatever you need to get done with these. You might want to buy a different set of scissors and definetly a small leather mallet and you're good to go.

Great starter kit

It is the perfect kit for beginners

Basically I got this because it was cheaper to get this kit than it was to buy the 3 or 4 tools I wanted.None of the the $15 kits were really worth looking at - as they seemed to be useless.So - At this point of things about 80% of the kit is useless - to Me... (Yes - I Know that'll change as I get more involved - if I get more involved. Got 2 prickly tools that are identical except for the handle color (WTF? - OK- a spare...) Didn't want the Stamping Tools, the Wood block holds the stamping tools and little else (at this stage).Really wish there was an option to Design your own kit - and then have the other stuff as an add-on.

Very good for beginners!

Kit is great for the money/for beginners. The tools hold up just fine and work well. The only considerable downside is the quality of the included needles is very poor. Broke/bent 4 of them during one line of stitches on a hat. The needles I replaced them with have held up much better comparatively.
