Explains each individual item like I needed, great reference material.

The only good SAS book that I found and follow to understand from A-Z. The most important thing to learn SAS is examples and to do be able to download the data for these examples (which is available free online for this book and very organized). I wish this author cover more deep topics in SAS (like advance version of the book) because he's very good in dissecting SAS code.

If you are new to SAS then this book is a bible for you. It tells you how to install SAS and it also provides us with lot example programs. The content is explained very clearly and also there is a website to download the example programs. If you are plannig to learn SAS this is the right book.
