Traxxas 6852X 6852X Driveshaft Assembly Rear Slash 4x4

2wd Slash Raptor Works better than stock and so far they are holding up to 2.8 MT wheels and 3S 5900KV. I mainly run 2S but 3S is for kicks Update: Well I suppose they won't last forever. The only way to fix the stripped joints is to loosen the slipper way too loose or start out slow.. not a huge fan of either. I am using metal cvd's now and just a hair looser that 1/4 turn out. Wheelies are just to fun not to give up

Product is great nothing to say negative about my purchase

If you have brushless power on lipo in your Rustler or Stampede, Monster Jam, etc. then use these to replace your stock shafts. They have thicker pins and last much longer than the stock ones will. They fit right on exactly how the stock ones do with no modification necessary. Far stronger than what comes with the Traxxas 2wd trucks and they're not so quick to twist and cause suspension binding. Only one comes per package so you'll need to buy two of these. You'll be happy with the result especially if you have broken many stock axles like I did.

These are a nice heavy duty axle. The only thing I ended up having to do was run my file around the hole for where the pin goes because it sheared depend when tightening down the wheel. So why does use the rat tail file on the inside hole where the pin goes and use my flat file around the outside on top of the holes to round it over just a little bit because it was just like it would snap them

These fit the 2WD Slashes perfectly. A little bit meatier than the stock shafts, but no issues with clearance. On a side note, you have to remove the pin that connects the lower a-arm to the bearing carrier to remove the old shaft and install this shaft. The axle carrier has 2 pin holes at the bottom so you can adjust the height of the suspension. If you accidentally install the pin on the higher hole, it will cause the end of the driveshafts to slightly rub on the end of the a-arms. Make sure you put the pin through the correct lower hole when you reinstall the pin to avoid any clearance issues.

The product is very strong compared to the stock ones on my Rustler. This, in my opinion, is a better alternative than buying the all the pieces (yokes, shafts, stub axles, etc) and putting them together yourself. Much easier. If you are planing on replacing your entire rear on your vehicle make sure you buy 2 of these because this product is only for either left or right rear drive shaft, not both.

The description on this clearly states FRONT drive shaft, yet these are for the rear which is clearly states on the packaging I recieved. I ordered two so I know it wasn't mismanaged as the number matches and they are both the same.

The plastic broke within 2 minutes of flat ground playing with a 2S battery, ridicule for an "upgraded" parts which lasts less longer than stock ones repaired. Update: I got refunded, thanks to the seller for their honesty

Habe mir diese Antriebswellen von Traxxas gekauft, dienen als Ersatz für meinen Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate als auch für meinen Traxxas Slash 2wd passen für beide Modelle. Diese sind bei dem 2wd für den hinteren Antrieb gut geeignet besser als die Standard verbauten denn die gehen oft schnell kaputt. Sollten sie bei ihrem Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate vorne einen Defekt an den Antriebswellen haben schauen Sie in ihr Handbuch und achten Sie genau auf die Artikelnummer.
