This Victorian top hat costume accessory includes a black hat with tulle veil. Our black veiled top hat is great for a women's steampunk costume. The bustier, skirt, gauntlets and pantyhose are not included with the veiled hat.

Love it
Nice quality for price, however, very large and I have a big head but I will be able to attach a band inside to hold in place. Other than that, I love it.

The veil was put on the hat twisted, unable to pull it down over the face as photo shows. A bit disappointed there, but do love the style and fit.
