These 'Body bands' are fantastic!! I already have the Booty bands 🍑 which are brilliant quality and give a great work out, so I thought I'd try the body bands as well. I wasn't disappointed! The bands are very versatile and give a great all over body work out. The fabric bands are strong, holds it's shape and doesn't roll about when you are working out. They come in a zipped bag, so are easy to store 👍 The pack also comes with a booklet showing you how to use and exercises to try. I've swapped out my dumb/kettlebell, and do the same exercises with the bands instead. The bands are definitely softer on my hands compared to the weights and I can increase the weight/resistance by either using the stronger bands or by using a combination of bands. Plus I've used the booty bands at the same time. I definitely feel like I've had a good work out after using them. A great piece of kit 😁💪🍑

Had been looking at these online for a while and finally decided to bite the bullet and invest in them! So happy that I did. They are great quality bands - they have good resistance levels to suit different abilities & they are very strong, but at the same time soft on the skin and comfortable to use! Love how they come in a handy sized travel bag so I can take them with me to the park or wherever I want. They come with a little booklet which introduces you to some of the exercises you can do with the bands, but there are great resources online on their website and Facebook pages too. I think these will definitely help me to reach my goals whilst the gym is still shut. And I think I’ll be using these even when the gyms are open again, to avoid the busy times but still get a satisfying workout at home. They also arrived much earlier than expected which was a nice surprise! Thank you Arena Strength x

This is the second set of these I have bought, bought myself a new set as my bf stole my last lot. They are great quality, soft, don’t roll up and hold there stretch even when a 6ft 4 bloke uses them. The customer service team at arena are always helpful and quick to respond. Their booty bands are worth a buy and both come with workout booklets to get you on the way perfect for beginners and fitness gurus. I am still on the light band (grey for most things) but this lockdown has taken its toll on me but I am getting stronger and will move more confidently to the pink band soon. If these are too easy they can be doubled or even tripled up for the appropriate resistance which makes them more versatile for all fitness levels. You won’t regret buying these. I haven’t.

I was so excited to receive these bands and I'm not disappointed. They are great, after using horrible rubber bands that roll and cut into you...these are a dream to workout with. They come with a booklet with a variety of exercises to help you get the most of your bands and advice on where to find band workout. I've joined the Facebook group for these bands and there are a variety of workout units and lots of support and advice available to you. I suggest you take a before picture and take your measurements before you start using these bands...you'll soon feel the difference and it won't be long before you can see a difference. Im not a typical gym bunny... I'm in my forties and wanting to tone up and these bands are helping me achieve this without lifting heavy weights or joining a gym I know I'll never use

I have had Arena Strengths booty bands for a while now and loved them, but had been looking for a full body workout since. I was nervous initially about purchasing them, as I'm quite short and I wondered how I'd manage with them being the longer bands. I shouldn't have been concerned at all! They are just as great as their booty bands, the booklet that comes with them has been a life saver for me... I am a beginner so I've been learning the exercises with the bands. I had purchased cheaper (rubber?) ones in the past but they always rolled and I could never complete a workout with them... These on the other hand! They make it easy and actually enjoyable! Contains a straight-forward to follow guide and there are also videos online on how to use them effectively. I am using the grey (light) band but I did try the pink and black for a laugh... they are tough! So will definitely suit all abilities! Thank you Arena Strength!

Absolutely in love with these bands! Firstly delivery was so quick. I ordered them and they arrived a lot earlier than what it said. I already have the booty bands which are amazing so I knew I had to also buy the body bands and I am not disappointed. Just like the booty bands the quality of the bands are really good, strong yet soft, which gives you the confidence they won’t break when working out. I used these in my first work out today as soon as I received them and they were amazing. I will definitely be using these bands in every home workout from now on. Being a mum of 3 it’s hard to find time to workout, but now I can do this at home whenever I get chance with these bands. You can use them to work your whole body and the exercises you can do with them seem endless. These bands have given me the motivation to continue to lose weight and reach my goals. These exercise bands provide good resistance without taking up space. They are both easy to use and to store, in their handy bag. The ring bound booklet is also easy to use. It lies flat and gives you 16 exercises to try, there are more on-line. You can do as many reps as required. The booklet gives guidance but you can adapt the routine to fit in with the amount of time you have available. I’m delighted with these bands. They are well made and it will take me a while to work up through the residence levels. In my view it’s good value.

I've only had these for about a month but so far they already seem like better quality than the plastic resistance bands I used to use. These seem sturdier and are comfortable to grip. They are very versatile and effective! So far I'm loving them!

Love these. No comparison to those horrible rubber bands that snap and hurt!. These are so soft and well made. I find the 4 different resistant strengths just right. They come with a small book that gives instructions and illustrations for 8 upper body exercises, 4 core exercises, and 6 lower body exercises. All in all a good workout. I will eventually purchase the cards to increase my workouts. I wouldn't even bother to purchase a different brand. Spend the money and buy these. The quality is worth it.
