I am a photographer and I use Internal HDDs to store client data. I was looking a product which read my internal HDDs as a Card reader. Then I found this awesome product. First time it takes some time to read hdd and the next time it quickly opens the files. Getting writing speed upto 120MB. I was afraid to buying this but now I recommend everyone. It is better than external HDD case. Swapping HDDs is very easy. What I Like - 1. No fancy or unnecessary design and features, just plug and play. 2. Getting speed upto 120MB. 3. Responsive. Don't Like - 1. Build quality feels cheap. But as compared to price it's okay okay. 2. I got JIO branded power adaptor. Which absolutely fake.😂 Everything is good, I just hope it doesn't damege quickly.

Using it with WD Ultrastar HC550 16TB HDD to connect to my laptop that runs a server. Works perfectly, speed is normal, connects to any 3.5" HDD. Make sure the power adapter is connected to some sort of UPS. Snug fit for the HDD too, stable and sturdy. Keep some cushioning or padding under it if you keep it on a table that will vibrate a lot (due to typing etc) One drawback - it automatically turns HDD off for power saving causing too many spin up/spin down cycles. I worked around it by writing code for a program that keeps accessing the HDD every minute to prevent sleeping. Power saving might be a good feature otherwise. I have more of a server style use case (24x7 running).

This is a great product. Designed beautifully, quality and finish is great, neatly packed in non plastic packaging. Proudly designed in India. They have taken all care to get a great product at a great price. Being a startup, we should wish them well. Product works great and 1 tb drive is connected with good speed of 60 MB/s copy speed. My project of using sata hdd for backups in place of DVD disks is realized!

Got it yesterday, and it seems to be working fine as it should. The major issue with this thing is that: 1.) It Doesn't support dynamic disk (configured as RAID) drives. There are two modes for storage options for drives in Windows: one is simple mode, which the majority of novice PC users have configured automatically by Windows, and the other is dynamic disk mode, which is used for RAID configuration for maximum data redundancy checks. One of my SATA HDDs was configured as dynamic, and Windows failed to show any data or reactivate the disk. I was forced to convert it back to simple mode, which makes you lose all the data. I didn't have much important data, so I didn't care.

worst product to buy, so not buy this product, this product does the support not even 1TB HDD , and the PIBOXox having very worst support team they don't know the basics of IT, they try to Cheat the customer , they are not looking to resove the issue rather they direct the issue with HDD Always , but with other brand Dock same HDD Works very well PIbOX is CHEATING & Looting Money . very bad product and Bad support

Good Dock for my Old Seagate Harddrive. It is working well with usb 3.0 and getting high transfer speed.
