I bought the Trideer 9‑inch Pilates ball to add some variety to my home workouts, and it turned out to be a great little tool. The material feels durable, has a nice grip, and doesn’t slip even on hardwood floors. Inflation was quick — the included straw pump works fine — and the ball holds air really well. It’s firm enough for core exercises but still has a bit of give, which makes it comfortable for Pilates, barre, and stretching routines. I’ve been using it for balance work, glute activation, and lower‑back support, and it adds a surprising amount of challenge for such a small ball.
