Tile & Stone Sealer

This sealer has sealed my tile just as advertised. Thank you.

Like this product. Have to apply more often than suggested but tile looks great when finished

Just wetting a rag and rubbing onto the tile/grout liberally isn't sufficient. Two or three coats like that might work, but the best way is to literally pour out the sealer and push it around with a rag or even a squeegee and really soak everything. Even then, I found spots where water doesn't bead up on the grout. Very disappointing. I bought this from a tile store, so I won't be a certified purchase here at amazon.
