Loved it
Had to get my head round the pattern first, but one I had dead easy to follow even with limited instructions. I have purchased a second pattern which I am planning on starting soon. Xx

Love the style
I love the style of this pattern but what it doesn't tell you is there is no pattern layout and no sewing instructions. The pattern is ordinary paper and not tissue which is awkwardly you have to reverse a pattern piece. It does state that it is moderate skill and I have been sewing all my life so it wont be a problem but I've still got to plan it out. I have cur it out but have not started assembling yet. It is a it expensive just for the pattern pieces.

Fun and easy
Very easy pattern and clear instructions. Do measure yourself!!! We spent 2 days working on this dress- day 1, cut the pattern, pin to the fabric, and cut the pieces out. Day 2- surge all sides, and sew together. If you are an experienced seamstress- it would take you a day for sure)) We just took it easy, slowly, and patiently- it is a good pattern to teach a young girl sewing techniques. Final product- nice dress that our youngster likes and wears.

If I could return, I would
Let me start by saying, I'm a very experienced seamstress, and have made many apparel items. This pattern makes me feel very conflicting things, here's a summary: Pros- -the paper is okay (colors can be a tad overwhelming, but good once cut out), the pattern pieces seem to sew together well (i.e. they match up on marking points). Cons: -No directions- all they have is a diagram with colors and arrows and I got an actual, literal headache trying to figure out what order they wanted me to sew them in. Could not find the tutorial video that others mentioned. - Also I cut a size larger than I needed, and it was too tight in the bodice, and the bodice was dramatically short. (Yes, I checked my measurements twice before cutting, and I'm actually fairly petite, so my measurements should've been fine for the design) Tl,dr: I wasted 2 yards of a stashed, favorite mock-up material on this. I would much rather buy cheaper, tissue paper patterns on sale and get a salvageable product and work with that than be at this loss. RIP to my fabric that I can't replace now. Gave it 3 stars, because technically, it gave me a pattern. I got a product. It just completely lacked any directions on it, which is a semi-vital requirement for sewing patterns. (Creators: maybe add some numbers next to the arrows? Like, a 1, then 2, then 3, so on.) (I didn't mean to seem so harsh, but I was really upset. Good pattern, but needs adjustments.)

Awful instructions!
The pattern is basically impossible to read because the instructions are so limited. I had to find a YouTube sew along to figure out what to do! I sized up because some reviews I found online said it was small, and I’m glad that I did. I also added an extra button at the waist to prevent gaping.

Poor instructions
I bought a pattern that way I would have instructions on how to sew the dress. The instructions were truly horrible and I would not consider them accurate with a medium level of difficulty like it’s supposed to be. I have been sewing as a hobby for over ten years at this point and it took me well over 30 minutes just to figure out how to pin the collar correctly before I sewed it onto the bodice, the instructions for this party were simply “pin the collar to the neckline and sew together” which is not helpful at all, tell us HOW to pin it together so it lays down correctly. Overall my dress turned out okay, but I am quite disappointed that I paid this much money for a pattern and instructions for me to still have to figure out on my own how to do it.
