I used one for the upstairs shower/bath and one for the kitchen. They work well and keep it unblocked for a few months.

Since they stopped selling "One Shot" acid drain unblocker to the general public, I have been searching for alternatives. This does an "average" job. I used to only need to use "one shot" about once every 3 months. This product I have to use once a month. The acid equivalent to "One Shot" which is still on sale is called "Spirit Of Salts". I have been stung purchasing this though , as sellers are watering the product down and is not as effective as the real thing. Watch out for those sellers , especially the 5 litre containers of "Spirit Of Salts".

I didn’t think this was going to work, I’d tried all sorts to clear the drain, so this was my last option before calling a plumber. The sink would not drain, put this in about tea time and left until the following morning and the sink now drains. Really impressed how effectively it cleared the blockage, and it was a lot cheaper than a plumber
