Of course it's nice to have a good variety of coloring pencils on ...
I sometimes find myself traveling back to those childhood days when I had my coloring books and crayons. I can hear the echoes of teachers from across the classroom teaching us how to stay within the coloring lines when you color. Of course it's nice to have a good variety of coloring pencils on hand when you buy these books. Although the title Men Coloring Book appears on the books cover I was a bit dismayed that the many images don't really typify as say Men's tools, cars, or perhaps fishing gear!...they are common images similar to every other regular pattern coloring books. I still like the book and will continue to color.

Good quality line art and patterns. Why target the book to one gender? I am female, and I love this!
Better than most coloring books I have seen for adults. I have found many with very poor quality drawings, wobbly line art, mediocre designs, etc. This has clear, abstract patterns that will look good colored in and clean line art. Shame it is labeled "Men Coloring Book". I am female and got it for myself because I wanted something with patterns and abstracts, I hate that it is being gender marketed. Any gender that likes to illustrate would enjoy this.

This was purchased for my husband so he could get in on the coloring craze . I was astonished to find common images very similar to every other coloring book out there. There for I would not say this book is a "Mans" book, but certainly a man could color in it. Actually I took it over for myself :)The pages are nice in that they do not bleed through with gel pens.

I purchased this gift for my best friend's husband so he and their daughter could color together. I don't really see the different between this and another "adult" coloring book - it does have great designs and is more intricate than a basic coloring book for kids, but, it is only labeled as "men's" just due to marketing.

Nice Book...No Bows, No Hearts...Just Great Geometric Designs
I purchased this as a gift for my brother. He hasn't seen it, yet (he will later today) but in looking through it, there are a lot of very well-designed pages. FULL PAGES of designs, which is something I'm always glad to see. I'm sure he'll like it. My rating is just based on visual aesthetics.

Coloring book is fine, I think the title is a bit ridiculous though. The pictures inside are similar to any other coloring book out there, one even has shapes similar to hearts...but I guess the cover announcing it as a MEN'S coloring book makes it ok for grown men to color in it. :D

designs are all excellent
Really great patterns and variety. Giving as a gift this year. I chose this hoping fo intricate designs and patterns to stimulate the mind, I was not disappointed.

Comes up short.
Paper is thin and you can experience bleed through. The most obvious negative aspect there. is nothing that demonstrates the title. There are no "man" pictures nor do any of the pictures depict man objects, hobbies, likes, sports, etc. .One would think that a "man" oriented book would have man likes or interest.

Misrepresentation -- NOT FOR MEN, low quality
The book arrived and at first glance, it was clear that the quality is nowhere near other colouring books for adults. The pages are so thin, that the designs are one every other page (so the backs are blank) otherwise I guess the colouring pencil would show through. This is the kind of quality (paper and cover) you get from dollar store books. My main complaint, however, is that the book is NOT for men. The title and cover misrepresent the content. There are a lot of very feminine, swirly, paisley, girly things inside (Peacocks? Feathers? Flowers?) I know this may sound sexist, but I have my own colouring books, and I thought it would be a kick to have my husband colouring with me on his own masculine book, ha ha. I was thinking the eventual car, or more mechanical mandalas... robot things... bolts and fun straight lines, not sure. Well, this is not it. The marketing is a huge fail and the cover/back cover and title are deceiving to the buyer. If you call something "for men" then you are walking into a set of expectations with the customer -- am I right? Why else would I be buying this?
