BEYOND. DELISH! GREAT AS A DIP FOR TOFU!
Beyond delish. ordering another one so I don't run out! I discovered this sauce at a restaurant in Manhattan. I ordered the air fried tofu, and it came with this sauce....I LOVED the sauce and asked for extra. Then I placed an order for 5 more tofus with extra extra sauce..(I thought the chef made the sauce). I have done this for several years.. Last time I visited this restaurant and ordered my 5 tofu orders to go with extra extra sauce, the chef came out from the kitchen and gave me this jar. He explained that he never made the sauce, but has been using this the whole time....I mediately ordered more!

Tasty plum sauce, but with a salty twist
This is a great plum sauce, if a little unusual, at least to me. Most plum sauces I've tasted are sweet, but this one, while still a little sweet, has an interesting salty kick because it's main ingredient is salted plums. I wasn't really expecting that from a plum sauce but was pleasantly surprised to find I'm a fan of salted plums. Even though it is a bit salty, it's still very much a tasty plum sauce, unlike most of the ones I've been able to find online or locally, which frequently turn out to be little more than a plum-tinged ketchup. If you're looking for a good one that is the more traditional sweet flavor, I would recommend the Wok Mei brand.

Flavor ok, not great, texture thick and sticky
I purchased this product to use as a dipping sauce for store bought Chinese egg rolls. I didn’t think it has much flavor, was too sweet for my taste and would describe it as mediocre at best. Would not purchase it again.

LOVE this stuff
this stuff is the best ..... I cook diced up chicken and throw it on top of a salad with some yum yum suace ....... I was able to find it years ago in all my local markets but not anymore ... thank god for amazon LOL
