From given book description it differs. At least I awaited something other, maybe even more.

A fantastic informative and inspiring book for HR professionals at ALL levels. Once you’ve read the book and made notes of all the ideas you want to trial and implement in your own business, it then turns into a go to toolbox you can keep referring to. What also makes this book stand out is the ‘easy read’ - Often books of this nature are quite heavy, time consuming and draining, where as this takes you on a journey!
