I use it at night when kids are sleeping. Is everything I expected it to be

This book light is very bright. I actually covered the light with a little piece of tape that I blackened a bit. It clips onto books very well.

The bottom portion of the book light - the isn’t long enough to attach and stay securely in place for most books. My son pretty much has adjust every time he turns a page.If the tab portion at the bottom was a little longer, it would be easier to secure to a book and still be able to turn the page.

I bought this because I thought my daughter wanted a cute and functional light. When it came today we tried it out in a dark room and the light was fine. It could've been brighter but we thought it would do the job fine. That is until we tried the other light we bought from Amazon as a comparison and realized the other one was much better. She could see both sides of her book and there were more functions with the other light. This one is going back to be returned.

Perfect for readers who enjoy reading in bed. So very cute and lightweight and bendable. My daughter had received one of these as a gift and so I already knew that the battery life was over 6 months (since we haven’t changed her battery yet).

Sadly this broke in less than a week, the head piece peeled off leaving exposed metal. Sad.

Daughter purchased this and loves it!

Really loved this when it first arrived.. it fits onto book fine and stays in place (until you get to the last few chapters then you have to hold it)I read for no more then an hour before bed and the batteries died within a week. Replaced batteries and had to stick a bit of cardboard behind them to make the light work again. All in all I’m disappointed as this wasn’t exactly cheap.

My son loves his booklight. He needed it as he will read anywhere even if there is limited light. He did struggle initially with sliding it onto the pages and often just holds it, defeating the purpose of having his hand free! The edge around the head has come loose, it might just be wear and tear but it annoys him as it feels like it's going to come off. The light is bright enough to use anywhere and he uses it as a bookmark too. Overall very happy with the product.

While I like the product, I wanted this so that I do not need to switch on the bedside lamp at night. However, this little thing is BRIGHTER than my lamp and I simply couldn't use it for the purpose I intended it for. It is also very white! I ended up taping the bulb with heat resistant tape to dim it...and it needed a lot of tape!

Bought one each for both of my children and they absolutely love them. I've had more expensive lights that didn't last very long and were flimsy but these seem to be alot more robust and higher quality. Love the different designs and would definitely order again as gifts.
