There are a couple things I’d like to point out:1. The sign is very bright! Some reviewers have stated the sign as being dimly lit. It is important to know that all hand made items, whether they be lights (signs) or jewelry, have inherent character which is unique to it alone, specifically neon signs! Some will be more bright than others or some may flicker the first couple of times you run it until it is broken in, etc. That does not mean it is in anyway defective!2. The sign was very well packaged. In fact, I have never seen such care when packaging a item for shipment! The product was shipped in a one inch to one inch and quarter thick styrofoam box. The sign rested up a one inch foam piece within the styrofoam shipping box, while the lettering was carefully packed with the same kind of foam. They had taken great care to make sure every letter was secured in place by foam chucks individually inserted between the letters. Finally they covered the front of the sign with another one inch foam sheet before securing the product lid (styrofoam) in place. They had place in numerous spots on the shipping box, “delicate” / handle with care, etc. Now, the box did come beat up because USPS are clowns, however due to the excellent care taken at shipping, the product arrived safely and early mind you!All in all, this was a blind purchase that I do not regret! I had taken a chance and am satisfied at this time.

The media could not be loaded.  It is so very rare to find good customer service these days, let alone just decent service. If I had a dollar for every time I was disappointed in a companies product, communication, etc., I would have a lot of money… and I would give it all to this seller! Truly. My last piece had an issue that I really didn’t think would be resolved because so much time had passed, just shy of a year. I only reached out to this seller in case I could personally fix it myself. The seller went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me which means more to me aside from the fabulous piece itself! It is one of my favorite, most prized additions to my beauty studio and I want the seller to know this. Thank you, thank you a million times over. You are so appreciated! For anyone shopping, YES, this sign is amazing but regardless, this seller will win you over!! I don’t think it needs HDMI cables because it didn’t come with any.

The media could not be loaded.  Requires two outlets. Isn’t flattering in the daylight or when not lit up. Mess of battery packs, neon tubing and cords.On a positive note; purple light is very pretty and bright.Due to a delay in shipping, my sign arrived only days from the return window closing. Excellent customer service; I was able to return for a full refund regardless of closing date. Thank you.

This has got to be one of the coolest neon signs ever! I bought it as a gift and absolutely fell in love with it! Super bright and super bada**! 10/10 recommend for any batman fan!

1. For the cost and size… I give it a meh. Only half of the sign actually worked and is in the process of being replaced.2. Again for the cost… why wouldn’t you place the power supply behind the plexiglass so that is able to be more hidden and not have boxes and cords running from the face of the product.3. With the cords and power supplies on the face it looks like giant mess when it’s daylight.4. The power supplies have the ability to run with the cords so it doesn’t need to be even attached too the sign so it has more of a seemly look.Overall… not a great product.

Bought this a looooong while ago now as a birthday present. Mounted it up on the wall. The wife LOVES it.I told her, "When you're feeling friendly and chatty, you can set the sign for HELLO THERE! and when you'd rather murder everyone in the house than talk to us, just click this little toggley-doodle-thingie here and warn us with a HELL HERE!" I got a laugh and a glare.Quality is good. Solid plexi-glass/high-density plastic backing. The mounting chain is NOT even with where its weight distribution, but you can either sling an extra loop up and have it be straight or hang it evenly and have it be crooked -- it looks good both ways!If there is ever a need for another neon sign, I know where I'll be going to purchase it!

I ordered this knowing it would take a few weeks to make and ship from overseas. They sent a nice email because their postal carrier dropped it and it had to be remade, and I started to think there was no way the lights would survive the long trip. When it arrived, there was a little wear on the box so I was doubtful. But it was fine because it was so meticulously packed with about a hundred cut up pieces of styrofoam encasing all the nooks and angles. It emits a decently bright pale pink, and taking a direct picture doesn't come out great, but they did really nice work. I think the price is pretty good considering the complexity of the lettering and dual switches. And they followed up to make sure I was happy.
