The Price is really good; the product is delicious!
It's great food, just like regular spaghetti, without the heavy wheat. Highly recommended.

Difficult to find this product in the shops.
Difficult to find this product in the shops. Have been advised to avoid wheat flour but love pasta. A good substitute. Much more expensive that wheat pasta, but this is the cheapest unit price I have found. You would of course, need to know you would get through the large amount in a reasonable time. I suggest try before you buy in bulk. I much prefer the white to the brown wholegrain.

Pasta for the sensitive gut.
Spelt flour in spaghetti form and therefore no upset alimentary system i.e.the product isn't upsetting the IBS or sensitive gut. What could be better!

Healthier alternative to modern wheats
This is an excellent alternative to modern GMO wheat used in most food products around the world. Less harmful and tasty too.
