Knork Forged Original Salad Fork Open Stock, Matte

Wasn't expecting to have strong feelings about a salad fork, but here we are. The forged design actually makes eating salad way less annoying since it cuts and scoops in one motion instead of juggling a fork and knife. Feels sturdy in hand and the matte finish looks sleek on the table without being flashy. Only weird part is the glossy silver version costs almost double for what seems like the same fork, just a different finish. Not sure what justifies that gap, but the matte one is the smart buy either way. Quality feels well made and durable, no complaints there.

This is the heavier, shinier version of the Knorks I bought before. This is an amazing shape for a fork. It's made to cut things that are not extremely hard with the side of the fork. They're also great for scooping up solid food. The shape is more spoon-like for this particular method of dealing with food. I don't want to ever go back to using a regular fork after using these. It's also a bit heavier than most forks.

Really like these. They are heavier than normal but you don't really want a lite weight fork for cutting things. You might have trouble with something like a big sirloin but it really helps with the majority of foods. I do wish the edge was sharper so might try sharpening one.

So well made. You will never have to buy any more. Timeless design. Have had them for years, look like new.

The customer service is fantastic. I been using this brand of silverware for over 10 years now. Getting replacements is a breeze. You can't have kids and a full set of silverware simultaneously 😅. A+ I would never use another brand.

Love this size. Have had the larger size for years, even gave them as gifts. I love that I don’t have to have a knife, they work well for both right and left hand use.

Excellent - exactly what we were hoping for. Seems to be great quality and have put through the dishwasher with no issues.

Not what I was expecting smaller than previous knork forks I have previously bought elsewhere, smaller not as well-balanced or ergonomic. see photo for size difference
