No Disappointments
I've had my Power 10 Since December. Pros: I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble and the sturdiness of the machines build. I use the Teeter Move app to guide me through the routines and have a few favorite coaches which make my workouts work for me. The routines are usually 10 minutes in length targeting specific muscle groups both pushing and pulling. With multiple grip positions I get a full workout so it's easy to stay focused and can easily get 3 to 4 routines completed in the morning for a 40-minute workout. The resistance is quite good, I haven't advanced to the next level of resistance as I'm focused on using the correct form until it becomes second nature. The movement is very fluid once you get the hang of the push/pull. Changing direction is a bit of a challenge and can throw off the rhythm when trying to keep up with the instructor, it takes practice. It's been a little over a month since I started using this, I haven't been very consistent with my routine, however I've been using this approximately 3 days a week for 30 minutes and I'm seeing and feeling results, which has motivated me to be more consistent for daily use. Cons: The phone holder is positioned too low for my taste, keeping your head down when following the instructor as opposed to facing straight which is more natural. Also, the holder doesn't allow the phone to be placed in landscape rotation if you desire to view the app in full screen resulting in a smaller view of the video. Overall: This is a great machine to keep in shape, good for cardio, arms, abs, chest and legs. I haven't explored some of the exercises in the app which claim to target specific muscles so I'm looking forward to my daily routines with vigor. Hope this has been helpful.

Great Elliptical Rowing Machine-Power10
This machine is GREAT!! It is easy to assemble, not bulky, and fits in a living room if there’s space available. It has an FREE APP for your phone that you can follow the trainers to exercise. Very intense workout. This machine Works the Upper and lower body. You will not be disappointed. I bought this Elliptical Rowing Machine-Power10- because the gyms are Closed, e.g, 24 Hour Fitness. For the workouts I do at the gym for a good hour, you will workout in half the time. If you are in shape, you can probably keep up with trainer. If you’re a beginner, and just starting to workout, start slow with this machine and as you get use to the different exercises, then you can row faster with the Trainers on the Free App. This machine does a lot more than all the weight machines at the gyms. For the price of this Rower, it is worth it ($1199). I workout everyday and I’m getting better and stronger with the Teeter Elliptical Rower Power10. You will be very happy. Or you can workout everyday other day and work different parts of the Upper body. There’s about 5 Tension Levels also, so the workout will be very intense. with the investment. It’s convenient and available at your home.

Great for limited space
Overall, I love the machine. I have bad knees and can no longer run so this machine is great for me. The assembly was a bit time consuming and really requires 2 people. The app for the assembly and in way the hardware is stored in individual baggies per step made it very simple to follow step by step. The adjustments on the machine can very greatly for users of various sizes so it takes a few tries before you find the right seat adjustment and stride setting which work for you. The only things I would change on it are adding some padding to the seat, or selling an upgrade for it, and have the straps for the feet adjustable so you can raise them higher. Other then that, it's a fantastic machine for home workouts.

This is an awesome machine!
First a bit about me. I an an older man who has had a stroke 3 years ago. I was completely paralyzed on my left side. It took me 5 months to learn how to walk again after the stroke. I have lost much of my muscular strength. I have always been physically active and exercise several times a week. After the stroke I've been looking for a way to return to exercise. This has been a difficult journey with the lack of strength and balance issues. I have tried free weights and various elliptical running machines. With Poor results. The Teeter power 10 elliptical rower has changed all that. Its easy to get off and on the machine. for someone who is partly paralyzed this is a big deal. It positions you closer to the floor and helps mitigate the risk of falling. This machine works both upper and lower body muscle groups as well as your cardio vascular system. I have better muscle tone and movement and strength is returning to my left side. I have made more progress on my left side in the past 2 weeks than with 3 years of free weights stand up trainers. I will be sticking with this machine. I am up to doing 10 minutes 3 times a day and getting much stronger. I an hoping to get to 30 minute sessions soon. This is a sturdy high quality machine I'm hoping it lasts for years. If an old gimp like me an benefit from this machine I'm sure you can too. -Good luck

This is a Beast of a Machine.
When I clicked the Teeter website and I saw the picture of this product ,that second without reading anything I new exactly what I was looking at and it was the right machine to help with my goals in better health. Let’s start with what I did Not like. It’s heavy, that’s being said the construction is rock solid and built to last. Assembly was a little tricky for me because of my back disorder and pain associated with it so it took me longer than the 45mins suggested. The BILT app was easy to use. I’m still getting the feel for it but getting on this thing was a trip just take it slow. I had this on setting lv1 and had me burnt out in a minute. Like I said take it slow. The magnet motor is extremely quiet and smooth . The seat is nice and big great cushion. I feel comfortable sitting in it at 5’11” 255lbs. The monitor I’m still playing with it the basic read outs nice and big numbers. It has a wireless heart rate strap but not sure it you can connect to 3rd part virtual rowing apps like the concept 2. Oh, the foot placement is good no slippage. So far I am very happy I can’t wait to complete four weeks and get a feedback. In the pics I’m missing the black cover behind the seat. I cracked buy accident in assembly so I removed it and I’ll mail it to teeter maybe they can help me get another cover , my fault. Update: 7/3/20 Teeter sent me a replacement Pivot cover at no cost Thanks to everyone over at Teeter.

Sturdy Exercise Equipment
Well built, mostly metallic frame with a leather/pleather seat cushion and a sort of grip composite material for the handles. Setting up probably took about two hours or more for one person. I did not find that it required a second person to hold equipment in place while ratcheting and tightening an assortment of bolts. I'm 265 lbs and the completed frame and seat cushion is supportive with minimal- to-no perceivable creaking or lack of sturdiness. There is a variable weight system accessible from the handle, and you can set the machine to much lighter weights for cardiovascular or heavier for strength training. The handles offer four different hand positions for muscle focusing on different areas of the back, lats, biceps, forearms, and the leg system offers a really decent quads and gluts workout. About the only thing that it does not have, which I'm not too disappointed about, is a nice digital video workout system. Like rowing through waterways, etc. The "panel" is kind of minimalist, and I don't use it at all. I think that it is supposed to show information about reps, calories, and heartbeat with a supplied BPM wrap-around chest monitor. This machine is strong enough that so you can only do about “rowing” reps even if you are recently fit, or I can get about 10-15 minutes or more at the lower weight cardio settings. It's kind of simplistic overall, yet the rowing motion is pleasant to work with. Nice almost-full body workout, but I still find that I also like treadmill and weights as an addition to this machine.

New way to exercise
I purchased the Teeter Power10 Rower so I could have an additional workout besides my daily 2-3 mile walks, in hopes of building muscle strength, toning and to assist with some weight loss. This machine definitely gives me a workout. It is too early in my use of the machine to see whether I will have the results I am hoping to achieve. I am using the machine 4-5 times a week for 15 minutes at a time, which I usually do after my 2-3 mile walk. I am getting an additional cardio work out with the Teeter Power10 Rower. Putting the equipment together took at bit longer than the 45 minutes noted on the instruction sheet, but it was no problem. With the BILT app I downloaded onto my iPhone and the clearly labeled individual packages of screws, the process was pretty slick. The disappointing thing we ran into was once the machine was up and ready for use, it had a terrible noise in the base on tension levels 1-4. I emailed Teeter and Sadie was the representative who assisted me. They sent me a new base, box to pack up the defective base and a complimentary equipment mat (for the trouble of taking apart the machine and re-assembling). All in all this process went really smooth. I now have a new base which operates smoothly and more quietly. I write all this because Teeter's customer service was spot on and very friendly. If you are looking for something different than the 'regular' rowers, this unit may be the one for you. It is an elliptical rower and the rowing actions are smooth. Depending on which direction you row, will determine the muscle groups you are working. One other note.....I could have bought the Teeter Power10 Rower on Teeter.com for less money than I spent on Amazon...the thing is....they were backordered on Teeter.com. I decided since I wanted the machine sooner than later, I paid the little extra to order from Amazon and I received it within days! Oh...and when I returned the defective base to Teeter - Teeter sent the box to ship the unit back in as well as the return label. Once we had it boxed, we reached out to Fed Ex Ground to come pick it up and they did - the next day.

It’s an “elliptical rower”???
I row for about 30 - 45 minutes a day no problem. Using this after 20 minutes and I can feel my muscles getting sore (as long as you use it with the correct body posture); the Teeter app also gives you good workouts to motive and keep track of routine exercises and progress. Assembly was a bit daunting but had clear instructions. Even after all pieces where tighten and secured, after 5-6 uses, you can hear pieces making noises so do not expect this thing to be quiet, although I have to say it’s quite sturdy and did not feel it was going to break at all. Good product so far and works most muscles at the same time. For those who like rowing, this product will take some getting used to. I cannot say it completely replaces a rowing machine, but it’s definitely something that can supplement rowing. What I do enjoy the most is the room spaces it takes, it’s not much; it’s a bit wide, so if you are thinking it of moving it room to room, make sure you assemble it in the room you are thinking of working out.
