Lasted 9 months of daily heavy use
I bought this 9 months ago, and very quickly became a daily driver product for me. This thing was used every day, and basically lived on my 3.5mm Apple EarPods. I never took them off because all my devices are type C equipped anyway. With that said, I am impressed the adapter lasted this long, being tossed around, bent, stressed, etc over heavy daily use. They also became a staple for me because I really think they produced better sound than the integrated Realtek product built into my laptop. It was noticeably louder if you demanded such volume, and I think they had better overall sound, especially around the lows. The microphone worked better when using this adapter as well, as many people told me on discord calls. I don't know how the Realtek solution in the laptop handled the mic in but the ugreen adapter did it better. For 10 bucks I think it is a great value, especially since the volume control and start/stop button worked on Android and Windows the same. I liked the feel of them as well, the smooth aluminum on the connector part of the adapter is smooth and feels good in the hand. Honestly in light of the death of this adapter, I'll probably just buy another one or similar product ugreen has to offer. It's the first headphone adapter that I actually didn't just tolerate, but actually liked. If anybody is curious, the particular failure that finally got this thing is the strain relief on the 3.5mm side of the adapter started to let go/the wire began to work it's way out. If I push on it, it works, but obviously I'm not going to hold it all the time. I suspect that If I had made an attempt to stop this from happening when I first noticed it, it would probably still be working now.

It works with my Pixel 9a--the first adapter I tried buying didn't
I upgraded to from a Pixel 3a to a Pixel 9a to discover that the new phone doesn't have an audio jack, and instead needs a USB-c to 3.5 mm AUX Jack adapter bought another that advertised it works with the Pixel 9. It doesn't. Audio leaks out, causing Gemini to activate and for the volume to be shut off. This one works, so I can continue to use my wired earbuds with my new phone!

Great product.
Works great on day 1 . Sound quality with my JBL tine 500 doesn't disappoint, so far value for money.

Works as advertised (USB-C version)
It "just works" on all my phones (Android) and my desktop (Linux). The quality is fine. Doesn't sound any different from other devices I have or my phone or desktop's built in audio. Nor does it sound any different from a more generic brand in the same form factor. They use a different chip but sound the same. The UGreen doesn't register to the system unless something is plugged into the jack. This is different from the generic brand which shows up regardless.Shows up as a "KTMicro KT USB Audio" device with vendor id = 12d1 and product id = 0010.

Fantastic
Works well with my Pixel 9 Pro. Zero noise even with my super sensitive headphones.

Perfect for lossless music on the go
I picked this up to listen to my lossless music library from my iPad and iPhone. You can noticably hear the difference in quality switching between Spotify’s “high quality” song and the same song I have saved locally as an ALAC (basically Apple FLAC) file. The extra highs and lows are noticeably there through my IEMs. Solid quality and small enough to be unnoticeable. Also supports playback controls and the mic built into wired headphones.

Great price, and durable!
Way better than the apple ones for the same price, and much sturdier! Totally recommend

Exactly what I needed to replace the lost one I had. Works, what else to say?!
